song recommendation : i don't fuck with you[IDFWU] (no:el)
this song is great. really great.

its Monday. Normally, it would be a day that every student and worker hates, since it marks the beginning of working their asses off. But for Soraru, he doesn't really mind it, since it isn't really a disturbance, merely something he has to go through every week.

Monday means nothing to him, but today is different.

To say Soraru is tired is an understatement. he barely slept the night before, having stayed up to finish up a project he has. By the time he was done, it was already 4 in the morning, and Soraru had forgo the idea of even sleeping. He had simply padded out to the kitchen, poured himself a cup of coffee, and reentered his room, proceeding to use his laptop as he listened to some songs.

He fell asleep for a while, before he was awoken by his phone's alarm. Soraru bolted upright immediately, closing the alarm and entering his bathroom for a quick bath. After that, he took a glance through his closet, before deciding on the clothes he had deemed sitting for today. He isn't in the best of moods- probably due to his lack of sleep- and he just wanted something to boost his confidence, if only by a little.
He picked out a white shirt with a low neckline, giving everyone a full view of the tattoo- made by Sharpie- and destroyed jeans, together with a checkered buttoned up shirt out and laying it on the bed. A steady stream of music of his taste was played, and Soraru hummed along as he changed into the clothes he laid on the bed.
After that, he walked down the stairs, finding his parents and brother already downstairs. Upon looking at the breakfast, his stomach growled.

Yes, he finally has the appetite for food.

A small smile playing on his lips, Soraru sat down, proceeding to eat. "Finally wants to eat?" Neru asked, and the younger's lips quirked up. "Mhm," he hums in agreement, before looking up. "You're working today as well?" He asked, and Neru sighs, nodding. "I'm standing in for another guy. He has a date or some shit." "Language," his mother murmurs, but smiles fondly as Neru mumbled out an apology.
Finishing his breakfast, Soraru excused himself, wanting to be at Hashiyan's house as soon as possible. "Stay safe," his father says, glancing up from his newspaper to look at Soraru. "I will," the younger agrees, before exiting the house and beginning his walk to Hashiyan's house. When he arrived, he was (pleasantly) surprised to see Mafu already there, leaning against the car. "Hey," he greeted, and Soraru managed a slow nod as he neared the blonde. "Where is-" "-getting ready." Mafu cracked a small smile. "I'm too early, I think." Soraru nods again, looking down at the floor. Mafu cleared his throat, a small smile growing on his lips as he tried to catch Soraru's eyes, but failed. A small sigh was heard, before Mafu spoke up again. "You look great today. Your tattoo- the one on your collarbone-" his breath hitched slightly, and Soraru's cheeks burned, but he chose to ignore it, waiting for Mafu to continue. The blonde parted his lips, about to continue, but the front door swung open, and he fell silent.
"Both of you are here!" He sounds happy, but Soraru scowled. "You didn't come over yesterday, like you promised," he snapped, and Hashiyan's face falls. "I'm sorry, I forgot," he mumbles, a small pout present on his lips. "It's okay. But come over later, okay? My mum misses you," Soraru continued, sliding into the car's interior once Hashiyan unlocked it. "Sure," the dark-haired man grins, and started the car. Mafu entered the car as well, and the air turned stifling as Soraru tried to ignore the set of eyes burning into his back.

"i actually don't get," Mafu suddenly started to say. Soraru threw him a glance, but resumed staring out the window. "Get what?" Hashiyan asked, and the blonde at the back hums. "Why didn't Suzumu-san and Lon-san call Soraru the entire weekend." A pause. The silence grew, and Soraru's stare outside turned from idle to determined, as he tried his best to not snap at Mafu. "We've spent the entire weekend together, and the two never called you. Not even once." Another pause. "Is there something you guys aren't telling me?" "Its nothing you need to know," Soraru's words are clipped, but Mafu paid no mind to it as he continued. "Soraru," he begun, and Hashiyan kept silent, not wanting to be dragged into this matter that is quickly turning volatile.
"Its none of your business," Soraru repeated, beginning to scratch his wrist. Mafu noticed, and scooted forward, his hand gripping Soraru's. "Don't do that," he says softly, and Hashiyan glanced at them. But Soraru snatched his arm away from Mafu's grip, his eyes dark and angry and sad- all at once, as he spoke slowly as if Mafu wouldn't be able to keep up and understand if he spoke normally.

"It is supposed to be a good day today, but you just have to ruin it. So i'll tell you this once-" Soraru took a deep breath before continuing.

"Stop prying into my fucking business."

The drive is silent from then.
