         Rib led him through the roads, occasionally stopping at some shops to sigh and lament about how he wants them. Soraru followed him closely, until they stopped underneath a tree and Rib turned towards him. "look, Sora," he says, and smiled. "I have an idea," he continues, and Soraru frowned. "what is it?" he asks, and Rib grins. "look, I've been thinking, maybe, we should make him jealous." "who?" "Mafu," Rib says, and Soraru's eyes widened. 

        "no!" Soraru almost shouted, and Rib sighs. "I can see that him not talking to you is tearing you apart, Sora," he says softly, and Soraru turned away from him, cheeks flushed red. "it doesn't matter," he replies in return. "babe-" "-he doesn't love me," Soraru continues, turning back to Rib with a pained smile that broke Rib's heart when he sees it. "Don't say that," Rib sighs, setting his drink down and opening his arms. Soraru stepped into the hug, allowing Rib to envelop him in his arms.

"not everyone will love a person like me, Rib."
