Chapter 19

Marissa POV:

"So you think Paige got the memo to move on from Taylor to Nash?" I hear Hayes whisper to me in the car.

"Well I know she got the memo to leave Taylor, but I didn't say anything about Nash to be completely honest."

"Oh so this is her own doing?" He said as he points out the window. I see Paige and Nash carrying his bags outside and into the car. I just look at Hayes and laugh.

Paige and Nash got into the car laughing. We all sat there in silence looking at each other and started laughing.

"So should we go to the hotel first and drop off the luggage or TACO BELL!" Jack said emphasizing the Taco Bell.

"TACO BELL!" We all practically said in unison.

I decided to check twitter while we drove. Taco Bell was about a 25 minute drive from the airport so it was gonna be some time. As I opened the app I saw this picture going around of me hugging and the guys. There were captions like, "Who tf is this for real" and "why do the guys look so happy with her. do they know her or something." My first hate. Damn. It's whatever tho because it's just a pic nothing too bad. At least there isn't rumors going around yet. And they don't even know who I am so no worries.

The time flew as we pulled into the parking lot. "Drive thu or sit down?" The driver asked.

"Let's do sit down because we are a big crowd." JJ suggested.

We were about to walk inside and Matt pulled me aside.

"So Marissa I just want to ask you a question."

"Yeah sure what's up!"

"Okay you see. I really like you. Really. But I just don't think that right now is the best time to be getting into things because of Magcon and everything going on with Rachael."

"I totally understand that."

"But believe me when I say this. When the time is right I will be here for you. I mean I am not going to shut you out at all because I still want to be friends with you. But I just don't want to put a label on anything just yet."

"So how we are now is what we are gonna stay as for right now?"

"Yes if you're cool with that."

"Matt. It's fine really. Don't worry about it. I know how much your fans mean to you. I am one of them. I will support you 120% along the way. Don't worry I'm not going anywhere."

"Good. Now I want my burrito!"

He held the door and we walked inside to join the rest of the guys who were ordering. I got a crunch wrap and Paige got some burrito bowel looking thing.

Paige POV:

So we got all our food and went to go sit down. All the seats were practically full, but there was a table they had almost enough seats. We all got seats except for Marissa and Shawn.

"Don't worry guys Marissa and I will sit over here!"

They go and sit down and Matt speaks up.

"Should I have offered to go sit with her?"

"Nahh it's okay. I mean unless you think something is going to go down with Marissa and Shawn that is." Carter said with a smirk.

"Guys I don't think anything is going to happen. I mean they are just friends right? Shawn isn't like that. And besides we aren't dating so why does it matter."

"Yet..." Nash adds.

"OOOOOH!" The guys say and we all laugh.

"Oh guys shush. Things will happen when they happen. No need to rush into things here guys." Matt said in a more serious tone.

Damn. Matt really does like Marissa. This is good for her.

We all finished our food and walked out the door.

"Shit." Marissa said.

"Marissa what's up? Is everything okay?!"

She didn't say anything and just showed me her phone. I couldn't believe what I saw.
