Paige POV:
As we drive for what seems like quite some time, Nash and I just have a great time. We blasted music and basically just jammed the whole way. I looked out the window to see the limo going up a dirt path that seemed like it was out of civilization.

"Nash where are you taking me?" I said slightly concerned. He's going to kidnap me. Not that I would mind entirely.

"Just wait, princess, we are almost there." Princess. I like it. I just slugged into the seat waiting to arrive. Nash took my hand in his and pulled it up to his lips placing a soft kiss onto the back of my hand. I looked up at him and smiled. Even though we were sitting, he was still significantly taller than me.

The limo came to a stop and the driver opened the door for us to exit. Nash, of corse, letting me out first. I looked up and could not believe what I saw. It was this huge log restaurant that overlooked a gorgeous lake. The view was completely breath-taking.

"It's beautiful," I stated.

I just stood there in awe looking out at the lake. I was taken out of my trance when my phone buzzed. It was Nash tagging me in a new Instagram pic.

@Nashgrier: She might think her view is beautiful, but mine is breathtaking #datenight

It was a picture of me looking out at the lake taken from behind me. Could he get any more perfect? Nash intertwined our finders as we walked into the fancy restaurant.

"Two for Grier, please." He said to the lady standing behind the podium. "Right this way."

We were directed to the side of the restaurant right next to the window. I cannot even explain how beautiful the view was. Nash pulled out my chair for me to sit.

"Well thank you, sir." He smiled at me. Tonight is going to be perfect.

.........

"Dinner was absolutely perfect Nash!" It was super expensive and I felt really bad, but he just kept telling me that it's worth it and not to worry. I make my way back over to the limo but Nash grabs my wrist pulling me back towards him.

"Leaving so soon?" He said smirking at me. We walked down a dirt path behind the restaurant to a small isolated portion near the lake. Once again, beautiful. We walked out to the end of a dock and sat down. I leaned my head on his shoulder and played with his fingers intertwined with mine.

"Thank you." I say speaking into Nash's shoulder.

"You already thanked me, babe. I told you I wanted to do this. It's worth it. You're worth it."

"No Nash. Not that. I mean yes thank you for tonight but more importantly thank you for being you. I remember when Marissa would be obsessing over all you guys and I would just ignore her because I thought you guys were annoying. Boy did you change my mind. I never would have thought in a million years I would be sitting in this gorgeous location with you. I am so grateful Marissa was obsessed, and Shawn invited us for pizza that one night after our benefit. Thank you for changing my mind. I just can't believe how stupid I was to be annoy-" He cut me off by placing his lips to mine. The kiss was short but full of passion. It was perfect. He was perfect.

"I love you." Nash said then quickly looking down. I just sat there in awe. He loves me? I wanted to say something but words wouldn't form. I opened my mouth to try and form a coherent sentence before he began speaking again.

"I don't want you to feel obligated to say it back to me. I didn't say it for reassurance that you feel the same way. I just wanted to put it out there because I am tired of denying myself that simple pleasure of loving you. I can't hold it in anymore, Paige. I love you. You are the first girl to make my heart beat at a million times a second by just looking at me. No one has ever made me feel this way before and I am not going to lie, I am terrified. I am scared because I am not good for you. You are a diamond and I am just a simple rock. Yet you still chose to come out here with me. You still chose to be with me. You deserve so much better but you stay with me. You have been saying that you were thankful for everything, but I should be the one to thank you. Thank you for settling for me."

He thinks I am settling for him? Nash is the world. He is perfect in every way. I don't understand why he thinks that I deserve better.

"Nash I don't deserve better. No one can get better than you. I love you, too." There. I admitted it. This all feels like a dream. I look up at him and place my lips on his.

"Do you want to dance?"

"Nash, there is no music?" I said laughing a little.

He stood up and placed his hand out for me to grab. I agreed and we stood up. He pulled his phone out and put on a song. Thinking Out Loud by Ed Sheeran.

"Music." He said smiling down at me and placing his hands on my hips while mine find their way behind his neck. I slowly place my head on his shoulder while we rock back and forth to the music. I thought this night couldn't get any better, but Nash proved that one wrong once again.
