Jungkook looks down at his phone reading the address Hoseok sent him for the hundredth time making sure he was in the right place.

Taehyung's house was apart of a chain of other small houses that were connected.

The place made Jungkook kind of uncomfortable he had to admit.

It was far away from where his home was located in the city.

He walks up the steps and knocks on the door.

Jungkook remembers Hoseok telling him to run if he saw Taehyung's dad, did he mean that literally?

The door opens and Taehyung stands on the other side.

  "Hey." Jungkook smiles.

  "Hi." Taehyung says stepping out and shutting the door behind him.

Taehyung wears a long sleeve shirt that is far too big for him and hangs off his shoulder.

His bruised shoulder.

   "Hoseok gave me your address." Jungkook explains.

    "Oh. I thought you were stalking me for a second." Taehyung laughs dryly pushing his shirt up his shoulder.

   "No." Jungkook laughs. "I just wanted to check on you."

   "You didn't have to come all the way out here." Taehyung says.

   "I wanted to see you." Jungkook says. "To make sure you were alright of course. N-not just- just because."

Taehyung chuckles a little at Jungkook before walking down the steps expecting him to follow.

   "I'd invite you in but my dad's home." Taehyung says.

   "Oh?" Jungkook asks glancing at the door.

  "I'm sure Hoseok has told you about him." Taehyung says.

  "No." Jungkook shrugs.

  "Well he's fucking crazy and that's pretty much it." Taehyung laughs.

   "Seriously though Tae." Jungkook says meeting Taehyung's eyes. "Are you alright?"

Taehyung looks away. "Yeah. I'm not, not alright. So I guess I am."

   "You can tell me if you're not alright." Jungkook says.

Taehyung sighs. "Too many people have been telling me that lately."

   "But I mean it." Jungkook says. "I didn't come all this way for you to tell me you were alright."

  "We can talk. But not here." Taehyung says looking back at his front door. "I'll be right back, okay?"

   "Alright." Jungkook nods.

Taehyung runs into the house and up the stairs trying to be as quiet as possible not wanting his dad to wake up and cause a scene.

He grabs a scrap piece of paper and writes a quick note to his father.

Appa,
Went out with Hoseok. I promise I'll be back by eight tonight. Love you.

Taehyung leaves the note by his father who lies lifelessly in the couch and prays he finds it.

After he pulls on his shoes and grabs a jacket Taehyung rejoins Jungkook outside.

   "Let's go downtown." Taehyung says.
