Taehyung sat in Taeil's room watching him play his game since he didn't take much interest in it.

"The other day at the underground. You seemed upset. Why?" Taehyung asks.

"I wasn't upset. I was worried." Taeil says.

"Why?" Taehyung asks again.

Taeil sighs pausing the game and turning to Taehyung. "When I brought you to meet my friends I didn't know they were gonna make you smoke. It's really not good for you and it worries me that you smoke with them so often."

"It's not that big of a deal Taeil. You do it." Taehyung says.

"I know but I'm different from you." Taeil says.

"How?" Taehyung asks.

"No one cares enough about me to tell me to stop." Taeil says causing Taehyung to fall silent.

"And you think anyone cares about me?" Taehyung asks.

"I do." Taeil says looking up at Taehyung. "And I'm telling you to stop."

Taehyung looks at Taeil. "I don't want to Taeil."

"I know. I understand why you don't but it's better to stop while you're ahead. My friends. They're hooked to that shit." Taeil says. "And they can't even get through school without getting high. I don't want that for you."

Taehyung sighs looking down at his hands.

"If you're my friend. You'd stop for me." Taeil says putting his hand over Taehyung's to get his attention.

Taehyung looks at Taeil and he's not sure what runs through his head in that moment or why he thinks it's a good idea but he kisses him.

Taeil is taken aback by the sudden action but kisses back when he recovers from his shock.

Taehyung moves his lips against Taeil's in a perfect sync and wraps both arms around Taeil's neck.

Taeil's hands finds their way to Taehyung's waist as he kisses the younger back.

Taehyung pulls Taeil so that the older boy is hovering over him.

Taeil breaks the kiss. "Tae."

Taehyung kisses Taeil's jaw before traveling down to his neck.

"Tae. We can't do this." Taeil says despite himself.

"Please." Taehyung whispers in-between kisses.

"Taehyung." Taeil says his eyes shutting as Taehyung nips at his neck.

"Please make me forget Taeil." Taehyung says.

When Taeil opens his eyes he sees the tears in Taehyung's eyes.

"Hey. What is it?" Taeil asks in concern.

"I just want to forget everything." Taehyung sighs.

Taeil sits up and so does Taehyung.

"Talk to me Tae." Taeil says wiping away Taehyung's tears.

"I don't know what to say." Taehyung says.

"Tell me what's hurting you." Taeil says.

"Everything." Taehyung says.

Taeil frowns. "I'm sorry Tae."

"Don't be sorry. I should be sorry. I'm an idiot." Taehyung says.

"You're not an idiot." Taeil says. "You're just sad. And that's okay."

Taehyung shakes his head. "I shouldn't have kissed you."
