Chapter 33

Adriana's POV

I woke up by my phone ringing so I opened it and chaz name appears

I swipe to answer the call

*phone call*

me: hello? *raspy voice*
Chaz:happy birt-oh did I wake you up?
me:no, it's okay
Chaz:I just want to greet you a happy happy birthday
me:thank you chazzy
Chaz: *chuckle* so, talk to you later?
me:yea, oh and chaz?
Chaz:yes?
me:did Justin called you?
Chaz:uhm no, why
me:uhm nothing
Chaz:okay bye
me:yea

then he hangs up the phone

I got up from bed and to the bathroom to fix myself.

after brushing my teeth, I tie my hair in a ponytail head out of the bathroom and to the livibg room.

I saw my mom cooking a breakfast for the two of us and she saw me and said "good morning sweetie, breakfast will be ready in a minute" she said smiling then I smile back and nod.

I unlock my phone amd saw a message from Justin

*text*

from Justin:
uhm I'm sorry about the call last thursday

to Justin:
it's okay, I understand😊

from Justin:
so ttyl?

to Justin:
uhm do you know what today is?

from Justin:
uhm it's Saturday, why?

to Justin:
oh thought you know😕😑

from Justin:
know what?

to Justin:
oh, nothing ttyl

I put my phone in the coffee table and sigh, then my mom looked at me and ask "what's wrong sweetie?"

"Justin forgot my birthday" I reply "oh, maybe later he'll remember" she said "yea, sure" I reply sarcastically "honey, don't worry he'll remember that" she said then I just sigh

I turn on the t.v and spongebob pop up, a smile grew up my face.

I watch and watch until mom called me for breakfast

there's a huge silence between us while eating and it's so awkward but mom finally spoke

"so later we will go to the eiffel tower and let's say let's grab starbucks later while we are raoming the city"

"yea, that's cool" I reply smiling

then we continue to eat.

once I'm done eating, my mom told me that she just needs to go somewhere important.

"sweetie, I'll be going okay, once I call you you need to get ready and please where a dress or something  casual"

"okay" I reply before kissing her cheek and she leaves.

I grab my laptop and put it in Netflix.

I pick the movie Beasts of no nation and start to watch

after 2 hours of watching the movie ended and I check the time and it's...1:24 in the afternoon and mom isn't calling yet

while I'm waiting for my mom's call I decided to go in my room and pick an outfit to wear later.

after choosing an outifit to wear I grab my towel and went in the bathroom to take a shower.
