I really like the prefix Fading, Wind is a suffix that isn't common but isn't rare either, I love the combination and words ending in "ing" are rarely seen. I like the originality! (10/10)

The name, ShadingClan is quite strange but I appreciate the fact that it's a part of tradition as you stated below, but Bright is used quite a lot. (8/10)
Appearance: dark gray Tom with blue under belly and undertone. Has a ticked tabby pelt with large dots on back.
Thats quite a creative and detailed appearance, but what's his eye colour? Does he have any scars, I would assume because of all that he has been through. (8/10)
Personality: (under construction) calm and collected. He has a hard time meeting friends. Very introverted. Has a huge fear of water and storms.
I like how he's afraid of water and storms and water, that makes sense. I see why he's introverted and shy but it's a bit overused, despite that, it still makes some sense. (7.5/10)
Backstory: After hurricane(or what they call the twirling storm) hits the ocean shore Windkit goes missing. Being swept up into the storm and plunging into the dark ocean. His mother Oceanbreeze is seen calling out to him on the sandy beach. But her mate Torrentbreath tells her that there is little chance of finding Windkit and that it is better if she forgot she even ever had a kit. Angry Oceanbreeze said that she will find Windkit and bring him home. Dead or alive.

Day breaks and a few Shadingclan warriors found Windkit washed up on shore and bring him back to their camp. Windkit wakes up but can't remember anything. He has complete amnesia and has forgotten everything up until the storm. All he remembers is the burning feeling as water filled his lungs and the cold ocean deeps. He wakes to find himself being cleaned by a nursery queen who he learns is his new mother Darkeningsun. She asks him if he remembers anything but she told him no. He can't even remember his name. Darkeningsun decides to take in the kit and named him Fadingkit

Fadingkit spent the rest of his kithood in comfort. Darkeningsun was a loving mother. His new father Cloudinggaze played with him and his new siblings Bloomingkit and Leapingkit. When he was made an apprentice he faced a lot of challenges. Shadingclan was a huge cliff looking down at the ocean and the cats of Shadingclan have take on features like thin legs and small feet that we're extremely tall for long strides. Brightclan cats are built differently. They have large muscles and feet fit for fishing. He was met with challenges like problems with hunting and climbing. That meant it took him longer to train even after training under Snowingpelt one of the best hunters and fighters in the clan. Even with these challenges Bloomingpaw and Leapingpaw refused to become warriors until he was ready. Even after they passed their assignment they requested to become warriors with him. And soon they were all granted their warrior names. Bloomingpaw became Bloomingflower, Leapingpaw became Leapinghare and Fadingpaw becoming Fadingwind. There was peace and harmony within the clan. Shadingclan was seen as the nicest of the clans. No one fought within the clan and if there was an argument both sides sought out to see the other point of view before finding who is right.

That peace didn't last long got Brightclan was stealing pray and attacking young apprentices with little to no training. Killing many. Fadingclan (I think you mean Shandingclan) declared war and there were a lot of battles and injured cats. During one of the battles Fadingwind came face to face with a blue ticked tabby she-cat. She had many scars on her pelt and she had a look of fury in her face. When Battling her she ended up pinning him to the ground. She was about to lay a killing claw strike to the neck but she paused for some reason. Fadingwind looked into her eyes and found a look of sadness and surprise. She looked at him straight in the eyes before speaking.

"Windkit?!" She asked in surprise. There was a sound of relief and love in her voice. He was suddenly hit with memories he didn't know he held. Memories of playing in the nursery. But he then remembered something else. Brightclan is the most cruel clan. He remembered the other kits making fun of him. Calling him names and attacking him. He wasn't happy. But his mother Oceanbreeze was the sweetest cat in the clan. And loved him and his father dearly. He remembered seeing Torrentbreath with another she-cat. He believes her name was Lakefire. He remembers him curling his tail around hers and telling her he loved her. He was brought out of his thoughts by Oceanbreeze "My kit! My kit is alive!" She yowled. Licking him fiercely. He noticed that the battle of stopped momentarily. Everyone was staring. But Oceanbreeze didn't care. She was so happy to see her kit again. "You can come back to Brightclan Windkit! Back with me. And your father!" She cheered. Everyone from his clan started whispering. He stood up and puffed out his chest.

"No Oceanbreeze. I'm not Brightclan my place is with shadingclan. I am not Windkit anymore. I am Fadingwind now. Brightclan is cruel and I am much happier with my clanmates in Shadingclan. " He said there was a look of surprise in her eyes then she started wailing. "No! I can't loose my kit again! I'll go with you! I'll be a Shadingclan cat with you! Please let me come back with you! " She wailed. Fadingwind law his leader Runningstar come up to them. Oceanbreeze expected him to tell her she can't go to Shadingclan. At all. But he lowered his head at her. Warmth in his eyes. "We will be honored to have you as a Shadingclan warrior Oceanbreeze. " He spoke softly and Fadingwind saw the most happiest look on her face and she cheered jumped like a kit. But this sparked yelling with in the Brightclan warriors. Saying that Oceanbreeze has no right to betray her clan like that. But in that moment that didn't matter. Fadingwind was reunited with his mother. Forever

Aww that's cute, I like the backstory quite a lot, but do the clans have gatherings? Because, I feel like that ShadingClan would've asked who he belonged to but if no, that would make sense. (9.5/10)

Other: there are four clans in the Story. The two other clans are Iceclan(founder icy blizzard) And Prideclan(founder Jumping pride.) They live by the ocean shore. Although Brightclan and Shadingclan are the only clans that live by the shore. All four clans cherish the ocean. And honor it. Brightclan clan a series of large Sandy beaches while Shadingclan had narrow Rocky beaches.(Oh yeah I forgot) Shadingclan cats have a tradition to name all the new kittens with name that end with -ing.
