I heaved open the door to the common room, stumbling inside as the door flew open, a pair of hands grabbed my shoulders, steadying me.
I peered over my shoulder to see Harry smirking, I scowled and walked further into the common room.
"I think you've had a tad too much to drink Draco."
I scoffed, "Oh excuse me Potter, says the one who fell up the stairs on the way here."
"I did not fall... I just.. misplaced my feet on purpose.. the ground needs love too you know."
"Yeah yeah."
An ear splitting scream sounded from the corner of the room, where Pansy and Luna were sitting, seemingly the only ones awake.
"What're you squealing at now?" I questioned Pansy who had wide eyes and an expression that screamed pure excitement.
"You two! FINALLY!! I've been waiting all term for this!"
"Wait what?" Harry raised his eyebrows as he spoke.
"Pansy said she's happy you two are finally together Harry." Luna said airily, her face was relaxed and calm, the opposite of Pansy's childish excitement.
"Yes, I gathered that for myself Luna." Harry scowled and I took to glaring at him.
"Don't be rude to Luna." Pansy spoke out and I nodded, to this Harry mumbled a sorry and looked away from the two girls.
"Soooooo... did you two have a nice time down at the lake?"
"How did you know we were down there?" I narrowed my eyes, I could've sworn they were all asleep before we left.
"Ever head of extendable ears Draco? I couldn't help but listen to you two, it's been hell watching you two flirt all year, so it's only fair I got to witness the moment."
Harry laughed but quickly tried to over it up with a cough when I shot him another glare.
"Well? So did you two have a good time? A nice little snog perhaps."
I could feel my cheeks burning scarlet, and a cheeky grin broke out on Harry's face, confirming Pansy's suspicions.
To save myself further embarrassment, I said a quick goodnight and hurried off to bed, not waiting for Harry to follow me.
Merlin, it hasn't even been an hour and people already know.. maybe it's not the best idea after all, to be getting involved with Harry...
