I dragged myself out of bed and stood in front of the mirror.

Harry was lying in his bed, scanning a piece of parchment.

"Did I ever tell you how much I like your tattoo?" Harry said.

And I smiled at his reflection which I could see over my own.

"Yeah.. you have." I said quietly.

"Fucking hell. What happened to your back!" Harry exclaimed.

"Oh.. the charm must be wearing off." I said.

"What happened?" Harry scrambled out of bed and before I knew it he was standing behind me.

"He did it." I said.

"Voldemort?" He asked, and I nodded in response.

"How haven't I seen these before?" He asked.

He was talking about the long scars that stretched across my back.

"I get a semi permanent charm on by Madam Pomfrey, I'll have to go back today and get her to do it again." I said, pulling my tie on followed by my jumper.

"I'm going down to breakfast." I said.

"Wait and I'll go with you." Harry said.

"No it's fine. Pansy and Luna will be down there anyway." I said, and Harry nodded in response.

The common room was empty, and so was the corridor outside, which made me feel uneasy.

The corridor outside potions was empty too, and they attacked me there.

I walked quickly around the corner, my heart pounding, I clenched my fists to stop my hands from shaking.

I jumped and spun around when a hand landed on my shoulder, my hand already pulling my wand from the pocket of my robes.

I dropped my wand when I realised it was only Blaise. And let out a shaky breath, my heart still pounding and my hands still shaking.

Blaise noticed my discomfort, and took his hand off my shoulder.

I dropped my bag onto the floor and sat down, taking deep breaths in an attempt to calm my racing heart.

It wasn't working. I couldn't get air in properly and it felt like my lungs were closing up.

I shut my eyes tightly, gripping onto my bag.

"Draco mate, what's happening? What's wrong?" He asked, panicking.

"I can't breathe." I choked out.

"Shit. Wait here, I'll be back in a second." He said, and took off down the corridor, I attempted to call after him but I couldn't get the words out.

I heard more footsteps and forced my eyes open to see Hermione quick on Blaise's heels.

She fell to her knees infront of me and grabbed my hands, I tried to keep breathing and focus on her but my eyes were fogged up with tears, which had begun streaming down my face.

"Draco look at me." Hermione said softly.

I shook my head my hands clutching hers in an attempt to relieve some of the pressure on my chest.

"You're having a panic attack Draco, you need to breathe okay? Please just take deep breaths with me." She plead.

I heard her take a deep breath and I tried to copy her, she exhaled and I followed suit.

With tears still streaming down my face, I continued to follow her lead.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

And eventually it became easier, and I was able to breathe normally again.

I looked up at a pale faced hermione, who didn't say anything but instead pulled me into a hug.

I looked over her should to see Ron standing beside Blaise, a look of shock on his face.

I ignored him and pulled away from Hermione.

"Thank you." I said to her and she smiled.

"Don't worry about it. How are you feeling?" She asked.

"I'll be okay." I said.

"It's okay not to be okay Draco." She said earnestly.

I nodded and stood up with the help of Blaise who rushed to my side, he pulled me into a hug saying, "You scared the shit out of me there mate."

I laughed gently.

I picked up my bag and slung it over my shoulder, wiping my face dry with the sleeves of my robes.

"Are you okay to go to class today?" Hermione asked and I nodded.

She looked concerned but mumbled an, "Okay."

And we set off for the great hall in silence.
