When the movie ended Amber had to go to the bathroom.
When she got out I said "What did you and jack do when he asked you out?"
"We just had some dessert. But he was late so I was a bit pissed." She said as we walked out.
"Sorry, but I guess Zach made him come for our date so they can serenade me."
"Oh, so does that explain the tux?" She laughed. I nodded.
"Yeah." I said.
Her phone started to vibrate and when she looked at it, her face fell.
"What happened?" I asked her.
"Uh, my little brother was just diagnosed with cancer." She said. "Or at least that's what my mom said."
"Oh my God, I'm so sorry." I said
"And they booked my plane ticket to Toronto in two days. I better go back and pack." She said rushing out.
"I'll help." I said running after her.

When we got to her apartment Dash barked happily. "Actually Hailey, can you take Dash out and get him a cage?" She asked. "I'll be fine."
"Okay, sure. I'll meet you back here, okay?" I said grabbing Dash's leash. I walked him to Petco and he was pawing the dog treats and used his puppy eyes on me. I bought him three pounds of dog treats and we went to the area where they had he dog cages.
I bought him a very roomy cage and a few blankets that he seemed to like.
We went back to Amber's apartment and dropped off the stuff, and went to the dog park.
Sorry for not updating yesterday I was really sick. Also sorry for the shitty chapter but I have to go pack for camp bye!
