Camila shifts Mason as she carries him into the house and to Lauren, she knew Lauren already had a carrier for him. "Thanks for doing this."

"Yeah." Lauren muttered, taking the baby from Camila.

"We'll be back in a few hours." Camila says softly, looking at Mason who's bottom lip was pouting out.

Lauren only nodded. "Sure."

"Thanks." The younger girl says again before quickly heading back to the car.

Mason stared up at Lauren before his eyes began to water and he started to whine.

"Shh." Lauren cooed, rocking her grandson.

Mason's bottom lip trembles again before he begins to cry.

"Shh." Lauren rocked him.

Turning his head, Mason nuzzles her chest as he continues to cry.

Lauren sighed. "You're okay."

The baby continued nuzzling Lauren's chest, signaling he was growing hungry.

Lauren stood up and moved over to the bag. She rifled through it looking for Marley's breast milk bottles.

A louder cry escapes Mason and he begins kicking his feet.

"Ah ha!" Lauren pulled the bottle out of the bag. "Now I just need to heat it up." She moved into the kitchen.

It wasn't long before Mason was relaxed and taking his bottle.

Lauren sat down on the couch and looked down at her grandson.

The baby was smacking his hand against the bottle as he stared up at Lauren.

"You look exactly like her." Lauren whispered.

Grunting, Mason kicks his feet and coos around the bottle.

Lauren closed her eyes and let out a slow breath. "Marley shouldn't have had you. Camila should have stopped it."

Releasing a soft cry, Mason turns his head away from the bottle.

Lauren opened her eyes and put the bottle down.

An hour later

Mason was still crying when Camila knocked on the door.

"Please stop, Mason." Lauren begged. She was close to tears herself. She was so tired. She moved over to the door and opened the door and let Camila in. "Take him and go, he won't stop crying."

As soon as Camila took Mason into her arms he stopped crying and his eyes fluttered closed.

"What happened?" Camila asks in confusion.

"He just wouldn't stop crying." Lauren rubbed her eyes.

Shifting the baby in her arms, Camila takes a deep breath. "He gets like that around nap time."

"And you didn't think to tell me?" Lauren shook her head. She pushed her hand through her hair. "Why does Marley look like she's about to cry or has been crying?"

"She's just happy, she got an offer to become a singer for a record label." Camila says softly, shifting Mason again.

"Seriously?" Lauren breathed.

Camila nods her head and can't help but smile. "Seriously."

Lauren nodded slowly. "Does her manager know about him?" She asked.

"Um, Lauren, Taylor is getting worse." Braelynn said from the doorway, Alice stood beside her. Taylor and Braelynn had recently moved in because they didn't have anywhere to go.
