It was still raining when I woke up

It was still raining when I woke up. I really needed to use the restroom so I wandered about the halls of the recovery ward until I found one. On my way back I saw the eleven year old girl who had pointed me in the direction of the adult ward.

Had I wandered that far from Jimin and Namjoon's room?

She was awake, blankly staring at the ceiling from her bed. As I walked past, she turned to me, a sullen look on her face.

"Come here a second," her voice sounded tired. I was the only one around for her to be addressing so I diverted my path to walk up to her door skeptically.

"Yes?"

"Can you do me a favor?" I didn't see the harm in it so I shrugged and nodded.

"What is it?" she looked back up at the ceiling at my question.

"When Jimin wakes up, tell him he doesn't have to bare his pain alone. I know he won't ask you on his own," I furrowed my eyebrows at the girl.

"Do you know Jimin?" she nodded.

"It's hard to explain how, but yes I know him."

"What's your name?"

"Mina," she said simply, "My name is Mina."

"Okay," I nodded, "I'll tell him."

She smiled, "Thank you."

I went to turn away from the room before a thought caught my attention and I turned back.

"How'd you know that I knew Jimin?" the girl smiled softly.

"You're Jungkook aren't you? Jimin never stopped wondering about the...six of you was it?" she paused to think for a second before nodding, "Yeah I think he said there were six of you. He really does care for you guys, he's just confused."

I nodded, my heart clenching in my chest from the information.

"I should get back to the others..." I bowed my head to the girl as she gently waved me off with a smile and turned to retrace my steps back to the room. The others had woken up by the time I got back.

"Where were you?" Yoongi groaned tiredly, his morning voice slightly scratchy.

"Restroom," I shrugged, not wanting to mention Mina since her favor seemed like a personal matter between her and Jimin.

"Where'd you go? China?" Taehyung smiled goofily, "There's one right around the corner."

"Oh," I felt my face redden and the others laughed a bit. Jin looked like he'd just woken up too, but the familiar windshield wiper laugh was still heard from his tired form as well.

I looked up at the clock. It was around nine am, which meant visiting times were open again. That might've been the only reason I didn't get asked about my presence in the ward by the nurse who'd stitched me up yesterday, Mark, who'd been walking around the ward earlier.

I sat down on my window perch once again, listening to the unending rain outside. I sighed as I watched the glary, rain polluted light wash over Jimin's comatose form. How long will it be until the days of spring are washing his smile in sunlight once again?
