Courtney's POV

A police officer walked into the hospital room. After looking at him for a while, I recognized him as the first officer that came into the room Sabrina and I were being held in. He was also the one who had told me to lay down.

"I am going to have to get you four to leave for a bit. I need to question Courtney and tell her a few things." The police officer said rather calmly.

They all nodded their heads and walked out. The officer brought the chair that Ross had been sitting on closer to the bed and sat down with the chair backwards.

"Thanks, for everything." I let out before he could start talking.

He gave me a weak smile and nodded his head a bit.

"So, who was it that had taken you?" he asked.

"James Will. My ex-boyfriend."

He wrote the name down on a note pad.

"Do you know why he took you?"

"Well, he had started beating me while we were dating. After I broke up with him, he was threatening me. I thought nothing of it, but then he found me and said he was going to kill me. Before he could do anything to bad Ross came with his brother, I think it was his brother at least, and scared him off. The only reason he took Sabrina is because she was with me when he found me. By the way, why did you need to know his name?"

"He got away, we only got the Tyler fellow." The officer said with a saddened look on his face.

With that he left the room and the others came back in.

Ross' POV

"Courtney, are you ok?" I asked rushing over to her.

Her face was pale and she looked zoned out. Like she didn't know what was going on.

Slowly she shook her head and tears started streaming off her face.

"No." she whispered.

I hugged her a bit awkwardly, because of her casts, in an attempt to comfort her.

"It will be ok, we will make it ok." I whispered into her ear. "I will make it ok."

Courtney's POV

*4 Weeks Later*

I am finally getting out of this freaking hospital. I had gone into a state of shock after I heard that James was still out there. The other day I had gotten the cast on my arm off, but still had the cast on my leg.

Brooke had come to visit me a few times, but she doesn't really like hospitals. I mean, I can't blame her, I'm getting pretty sick of them myself.

Rocky, Rydel and Sabrina had gone home two weeks ago, but Ross had stayed. He would not take no for an answer. Ross had bought us both plane tickets home.

"Come on!" Ross said excitedly by the door to the airport.

"I'm trying!" I said laughing. "It's kinda hard to run with crutches!"

"You know what?" Ross said running over to me.

He picked me up bridal style and I squealed a bit. I hung on to my crutches making sure that I didn't drop them.

"You know, if you were more patient you wouldn't of had to carry me." I said as he put me down by the gate to the plane.

"True, but that was way more fun!" He said smiling really wide.

I laughed and we got onto the plane. I fell asleep as soon as I could take my seatbelt off.

"Babe, you need to put your seatbelt back on, we're about to land." Ross said stroking my hair a bit.

Wait, did he just call me babe? He has never done that before. That was weird. I put my seatbelt on and we landed.

Ross started putting my luggage in his car as soon as we got to it.

"I'm so excited for you to meet my siblings! They are going to love you!" Ross said excitedly.

"But, I already met Rocky and Rydel." I said as we climbed into the car.

"Oh, you just wait and see!" he said smirking.

"Ok." I said quietly.

"Hello everybody!" Ross yelled as he walked in the front door with me crutching in behind him.

"Hey." I heard someone say from the couch.

"Really I've been gone for over a month, and all I get is a 'hey'?" Ross said with a fake pouty face.

The guy on the couch got off his phone and looked up at us.

"Who's the chick?" he asked.

"The chick has a name." I replied coldly.

"Sorry. I'm Ryland." He said hopping off the couch over to us and reaching out his hand.

"Courtney." I replied shaking his hand.

"Well, that didn't go to smoothly." Ross muttered under his breathe.

Just then an older woman walked in. She ran over to Ross and hugged him. When she pulled away she turned to me.

"You must be Courtney! I'm Ross' mom, Stormie. I am so glad that you are here and safe!" she said while pulling me into a hug.

With that we walked upstairs. I was attacked in a hug once we got to the top of the stairs. It was then joined by someone else. When they released me I realized that it was Rydel and Rocky.

"I am so glad that you are here!" Rydel said smiling.

"So am I." I replied.

Ross knocked on a door. It was later opened by a tall guy with blonde hair and in pink boxers.

"Shit!" he exclaimed shutting the door.

He opened it a few second later wearing sweats.

"Sorry about that." he said scratching the back of his neck.

"I'm Riker." He said sticking out his hand.

"Courtney." I said shaking it.

He gave Ross a bit of a weird look, but I didn't think anything of it.

We walked into a yellow and red room.

"Sorry about the mess." He said kicking a few things away.

"Mind if I sit?" I asked motioning to the yellow bed with my crutch.

"Go right ahead." He said smiling.

I sat and put my crutches down on the floor.

"My dad's not home right now, but you will meet hime later. Other then that you've met my whole family." He said while sitting down next to me.

Just then someone that I hadn't met walked into the room.

"Well hello!" He said just walking into the room and making a presentation out of it.

He then noticed me and walked over to me.

"And who might this lovely lady be?" he asked kissing my hand and talking in a strange voice.

I giggled a bit.

"This is Courtney." Ross replied.

"I am Ellington, but you my dear may call me Ratliff. I have heard so much about you." He continued in the voice.

With that he skipped out of the room. I gave Ross a questioning look.

"It's ok. He's a friend. You'll get used to him. Trust me!" he said smiling.

A/N

Thought that i would end a chapter so that its not a cliff hanger for once lol.

Stuff is gonna happen though. Dont worry.

So wattpad has definitely changed. I mean the whole setup for writing has changed.
