I hated myself so much for letting Steve hurt me again, I really really did, but it felt so nice to have Dallon holding me as we slept on his bed. I wanted to kiss him again, but I didn't know if that would be rushing anything. He looked really cute when he was asleep.

"Baby, are you awake," he asked as the corners of his lips curled up. I smiled at the pet name. I swear I'd never get used to that. "Yeah, h-how'd you know?" He just shrugged and kissed my cheek. "How're you feeling right now?" I melted into him and didn't answer as he massaged my scalp. "I guess you like when I scratch your head, huh," he laughed lightly. "It's not my fault it's r-relaxing," I whined. He nodded and moved me off of his chest so he could reposition himself and hold me in his arms.

"But seriously, how're you feeling?" I snuggled closer to him and blushed as he took my hand. "I'm feeling better. I'm just a little t-t-tired." He signed and pushed my hair out of my face. "Baby, can I take you out tonight," he asked me. I looked up at him and smiled. "Where do you w-want to go?" He placed his index and middle fingers on my chin and lightly turned my face towards his. "I don't know. I just really want to take you somewhere," he grinned and leaned into my lips.

The kiss wasn't long or rough. It was soft and left me with that warm feeling in my cheeks and the fluttering of the butterflies in my stomach. "Wherever we go, I want to be as close to you as possible because you're the sweetest thing," Dallon whispered as I giggled at the odd sensation of his breath tickling my skin. "When was your first kiss," Dallon blurted out. I felt my cheeks flush a bit. "Uh hmm let's go with Tuesday," I mumbled. "Yesterday? W-with me?" I could tell that Dallon was shocked to say the least. He sat up quickly as I smiled at him. "Yeah," I answered him.

His face tinted pink. "You-I was your first kiss," he exclaimed. "Yeah, you were, and I'm g-glad it was you," I told him, letting him relax a bit. "Would you be okay i-if my fifth was now," I asked. He smiled at me and nodded. I leaned up to connect our lips, but he spoke. "God, it's so cute that you counted," he laughed lightly. I let a smile fall to my lips as his own smashed against them.

Dallon's hands were on my waist, his thumbs rubbing circles on my hips through the fabric of my shirt. His teeth pressed into my bottom lips and I grinned at the fact that this felt like a real kiss. It felt like the types of kisses that you only read about in gossip magazine or in teen romance novels. I let my fingers tangled themselves in his hair as his lips moved against mine.

He was hovering over me when we broke apart. "Brendon,"  he started. "Yeah?" I watched as he concentrated only on what I was saying like I was his entire world. "I really think I'm falling for you," he whispered, his lips softly brushing against mine. My face heated up, and my heartbeat sped up. "I'm falling for you too, Dallon." I looked into his eyes and let his hands slip under my shirt.

"I don't know if you understand what I'm saying, precious. I'm falling in love with you, and there's no turning back for me." I watched him as he laughed in slightly disbelief. "You're just- you're everything I've ever wanted, and I'm falling- no, I'm plummeting in love with you." I felt tears well up in my eyes.

"Bren, honey, are you okay? I-I'm sorry if I came on too strong. Please don't cry. Please don't cry. I'm sorry, Bren," Dallon spoke quickly as he held my face in his hands. He looked like he might cry too. "Thank you for saying that to me," I sniffled. "Oh, thank god you're not upset." Dallon let out a sigh of relief and collapsed on top of my chest, hugging me. "Ugh, Dallon, you're crushing me," I grunted as all of his weight was on me. He laughed and kissed my cheek. "Sorry, what was that," he asked sarcastically. "Get off of me," I whined. He shook his head and began tickling my sides. "Da-Dallon, stop," I giggled, watching his soft hair move around as he tickled me. "No can do, baby doll," he grinned but took most of his weight off of me.
