Lucky for me, a really kind women helped me and called an ambulance and sat by my side. I was completely unconscious.
As the ambulance arrived and the sirens were very loud, which caused Murr and Joe to run out of the office to see what it was.
Murr's POV
Me and Joe heard the sirens ringing so we wanted to see what's happened and see if we could help.
"What's happened?" I asked a passer-by.
"Some poor girl got hit by a car" they explained.
"Is she okay?" Joe asked.
"Not looking good" the passer-by said, pointing at the paramedics with a girl. I looked closer and saw who it was..Emily.
"Oh my god" I said, running over to her. Joe followed suit.
"Do you actually know her?" The paramedic asked.
"Yeah... we work together.. best friends" I said as a tear ran down my cheek as I saw her laying there. "Is she okay?" I asked, staring down at her.
"Maybe you should come with us!" The paramedic answered.
We got into the hospital as they took her into her room and asked us to wait outside.
"Are you okay?" Joe asked me, getting even more upset.
"I should call Sal" I said.
I grabbed my phone and rang him.
Sal's POV
I was happily laughing and joking in the interview with Q when my phone rang. I saw it was Murr and I professionally declined. However, it was now the fifth time he called so I gathered it was important.
"I'm so sorry" I said to the interviewer as I picked it up. "What is it?" I asked.
"It's Emily.." Murr said. I could hear the tears in his voice.
"What's happened??" I asked with a growing concern.
"Just meet me and Joe in the hospital as soon as you can!" Murr said and hung up.
"Q, we have to go!" I said running out, with the tears in my eyes.
We arrived in the hospital and saw Murr and Joe looking into a window to a room. We presumed it was Emily's. I looked in the window and saw her and immediately cried. Murr unexpectedly hugged me.
"They found this on the ground next to her" Joe told me, handing me her Daisy necklace I got her. I gripped hold of it and held it next to my heart, allowing a few years to drip onto it.
