Chapter 23

I stared into his hopeful eyes. The only thought to race through my mind was how much I loved him. I couldn't help but stare deeply into his green eyes and smiled. A few happy tears filled my eyes.
"Yes.." i managed to spit out. Sal's smile grew one thousand times bigger. He pulled out the ring box from his pocket and placed the beautiful ring on my finger. It was a diamond with an engrave on the inside reading 'for my gorgeous Emily'. As he was still on one knee, i cupped his cheeks in my hand and leaned down and placed a kiss on his lips. I felt his smile crease against my lips. Immediately after a two fans came up to Sal, clearly excited to see him.

"ARE YOU SAL VULCANO??" One shouted, she was around 19 years old, with her 8 year old sister.
"Duh! I love you sooo much!!" The younger one shouted. Sal looked up to me to see if i was okay with fans coming over.
"Would you like a picture with him?" I asked the girls to show Sal I didnt mind. At the end of the day, he was famous. And his fans deserved his attention.
"YES PLEASE!" They shouted. Sal stood up and hugged them both and took a photo.
"Who is she?" The younger girl asked.
"Dont be rude!" He sister shouted at her.
"No its fine, this is Emily. She is my.. soon to be wife" he announced. I was quite shocked. Usually Sal would just say my name and thats it as he's a private person and prefers to keep his private life private. Thats why it shocked me when he actually told them we were not only dating but getting married.
"Actually girls, could you do me a favour?" Sal asked them. I presumed he was going to say dont tell anyone. The girls eagerly nodded. "Could you take a picture of me and Emily please" Sal asked. The 19 year old nodded and took the phone from Sal.
"Why?" I asked him.
"You'll find out" he teased. "Now try to show of your ring!" He said to me.
He stood opposite me, and i wrapped my hand around his shoulder and we kissed. The girl took our photo then handed the phone back and left. Sal sat back down on the chair in the restaurant and smiled at the photo. He changed the photo to a soft black and white filter and posted it on twitter and Instagram with the caption
'My Gorgeous Girl, love you more than anything'. He also uploaded the photo as his profile pictures. Immediately fans began to like and comment things like "congratulations" and questions like "who is she??" 

Soon after Joe tweeted saying
"My best friends getting married!! Congratulations guys, wish you lots and lots of happiness!"

Q also tweeted:
Congratulations to Sal and Emily! The most wonderful couple i know.

And Murr said
My wonderful best friends, Sal and Emily, spending the rest of their lives together! Congratulations guys xxx

Sal immediately liked and retweeted the guys' tweets and liked some fans tweets too.

"Now the world knows!" Sal said to me. "I love you!" He added. I leaned over and kissed him again.
