Chapter 17

Me and Sal stood there for a bit, kind of processing what just happened. I couldn't help but smile. I've finally kissed him. I knew not to make a fuss of it as i have only just woken up from a coma, and the last thing i want is to get mixed up in relationships.
"Would you like to stay over my place, or would you prefer staying over yours?" Sal asked me.
"Im sure you'd be comfy at your place, saying as you've been here the same amount of time as me" i said to him.
"How did..?" Sal began.
"Gemma told me. She said you never left my side" i said to him. "I am grateful. Im glad i have someone like you around" I added.
"Well I wasn't going to leave you" he said. There was just a moment of silence, but happiness al at once.
"We better get going" Sal said to break the silence.

We got went out into the car park where Sal opened up the door for me. I put my seatbelt on and watched Sal pack everything away. I did offer to help but he insisted on not. Sal drove to my place and picked up some things for me, then we went back to his place.

He got out of the car, and opened the passenger door for me. He held my hand and walked me in. We both sat on the sofa, and Sal was reading leaflets about after a coma. I sat on the sofa, feeling really really sick. I didn't tell Sal because i knew he would make a fuss, and it was probably nothing anyway. But it definitely wasn't nothing.
"Where's your bathroom?" I asked.
"Upstairs, first door on the left" he replied. I smiled then ran upstairs and closed the bathroom door. I sat in front of the toilet and been sick. I'm presuming Sal heard me, because he also ran up the stairs and knocked on the bathroom door. I couldn't move as my stomach was killing so he opened the door and seen me being sick.
"Em.." he said in a sympathetic tone. He softly rubbed my back as i nestled my head on his chest. I felt light headed too, which wasn't helping.
"Are you okay?" Sal asked me. I shook my head no. "Come on" he said, holding my hand taking me into his bedroom. He tucked me up in bed and kissed my forehead. He began to walk away.
"Don't go.." i said to him. He turned around and smile and laid next to me.
"I'm not going anywhere..." Sal replied.
