Chapter 16

I looked up at her, and sat closer. Her hand was gripping onto mine. A few seconds later her eyes fluttered open. I couldn't believe it. Her gorgeous blue eyes were looking at me, and her beautiful smile was on her face. She gently let go of my hand for a split second which i was sad about, but then she entwined her hand to mine, like a lock. I smiled at her, and she smiled at me.
"Its so good to see you" i said to her. Her smile never faded, she as constantly smiling at me.
"Its great to see you too" she replied to me. A happy tear of relief left my eye.
"I better get the doctor.." i said.
"No.. please jut let it be the two of us... just for now" she asked me.
"Of course" i said to her, kissing her forehead.

We spent a few minutes together, until her doctor walked in.
"Good Morning Emily" he said with a smile.
"Hello" i replied.
"Its great to see you awake again. Now we will have to run a few tests to make sure your defiantly okay. And obviously we advise you to not live alone for the next month or so, as some side effects an include vomiting and fainting. Do you have someone to stay with?" The doctor asked.
"She an salty with me!" I said.
"Are you sure?" She asked me.
"Ive been by our side for 3 months waiting for this day, so i intend to spend every minute i can with you" i replied with a smile.
"Well, I'm guessing you'd like to go home, so we will do your tests now, if you'd like to follow me" the doctor said. Emily gave me an anxious look.
"Can Sal come with me?" She asked.
"Of course" he doctor replied.
As she had her tests done, i text the guys to tell them. I said there wasn't much point owing down as she would be going home soon. I rang Gemma and her mum who quickly made their way down here, with some clothes for Emily.

Emily's POV
After my examination the doctors told me i was okay to go home. When i got back to my hospital, Sal packed up som things as i sat on the bed. I put my hand by my neck, expecting to feel my necklace there but I didn't. A rush of panic travelled through my body. I frantically searched the bed, when i felt Sals hands on my waist.
"Cam down, Em. You okay?" Sal asked. I turned around with an upset look.
"Ive lost my necklace!!" I said to him. He smile and pulled something out of his pocket. He opened up his pam to reveal my necklace.
"Ive been keeping it safe for you" he said to me
"Thank you" i said. He softly placed it on my neck, then gave me a hug. I slowly looked up at him and he looked down in me. I slowly leaned in closer to him, and planted a gentle kiss on his lips. Before I could pull away, he cupped my cheeks i his hands and pulled me back in.

Outside, my mum and sister saw us and let us have our moment.
"I love you, Sal" I blurted out without thinking. Before Sal had a chance to reply, my mum and sister barged in. She handed me my clothes as i hugged them. I got into the bathroom and got changed as my sister and mum spoke, but Sal sat on the bed, processing what i just said. I got out of the bathroom.
"Right, we will be at home if you need us" they said before they left. I used my arms to try and warm me up.
"Are you cold?" Sal asked me.
"A bit, yeah" i replied. Sal walked up to me, and took his hoodie off and out it on me and hugged me again, in attempt to warm me up.
"I love you too.." he whispered to me.
