I'm skipping the ruins for starters, so you start out just as you exit the ruins. I plan on this being lemony pretty quick cause it's fell Sans come on. Story does develop... eventually. Plot structure and what not.
In the morning you awoke, Sans holding onto you. You smiled and gave his cheek a kiss before you went to climb out of bed. As you moved Sans grip would get more snug. You grumble to yourself and then speak. "Sans we go through this every morning, please let me get dressed." You could see him smirk. He was awake.
"but sweetheart i'm really cozy right now. can't we just sleep a little bit longer?" You pretended to go deep in thought.
"Mmmm... lemme think about it for a moment, uh no." His smirking face died.
"you are no fun this morning." He said releasing you.
"Heh, Sans when am I ever truly fun?" You said while getting dressed.
"well you were pretty fun last night~" he said chuckling to himself.
"Pfft shut up Sans!" You said being fake annoyed as you threw a sock at him.
"you really socked it to me." He said making you laugh.
"Oh my gah Sans that was so bad."
"hey it made you laugh." You pointed at the air before pointing at him.
"Fair point." That made him go into a fit of laughter he clearly wasn't expecting.
"ok that was good." He said putting his clothes on. "so you gonna be ready to go?"
"Yeah, do you mind if I we hit the waterfalls on our way back?"
"of course i don't mind. now come 'er i know a shortcut." You agreed going to his side as he wrapped his arm around your waist. You closed your eyes already knowing he'd ask and you felt that familiar stillness before you felt the cool air of the waterfalls. You opened your eyes to see a room you've never seen before.
"I haven't been here before have I?"
"no you've only been in the wishing room. this is the lantern room."

"It's really dark in here." You said stating the obvious.
"great detective work sherlock." He said clearly to tease you.
"Ya know what?"
"what?" He asked wanting you to elaborate on your semi anger.
"Fuck you." He just laughed, "dont you dare say it."
"fine, ruin my fun. anyway, this room is basically just a huge puzzle that i don't want to deal with but i thought you'd want to see it."
"Well ok it definitely is interesting to say the least."
"yeah just cheek this out," Sans then proceeded to touch a lantern that was the only form of light you could see. It then illuminated a path which made you ooo in surprise.
"That's so cool!" You exclaimed as you poked the lantern making the path brighten back up as it dimmed. Sans chuckled at your easy amusement.
