Chaptèr 9

Hiccup's POV.

Ok well yesterday was interesting. I find out Heather is going to live in Berk. She asks done kinda personal questions. And she is now forgiven bye everyone in the team. It was a decent day.

I woke up in bed with Astrid and put my prosthetic leg on. It was around 3 in the morning and I couldn't sleep. I got out of bed and walked outside with my armor on.

I left Astrid to sleep because she was tired. I didn't want to disturb her. I started to walk in the forest and I just went where my feet took me. I got to the cove and saw someone..

I looked closer to see Heather? I went up to her and asked

"Why are you up?"

She freaked out and looked behind

"Don't scare me!! But I couldn't sleep...."

"Well than that's 2 of us."

"You couldn't? Not even with Astrid by your side?"

"I regret telling you we sleep together."

"Sorry...."

"Yeah... So what were you thinking about?"

"The reason my family left our Island.. Some dangerous man took it over. We left before we could get captured."

"Who's this dangerous man?"

"Some guy. I heard you had him prisoner here. His men took my island with some dragon..."

"Oh no...."

"What?"

"Your island is about 2 months journey from here right?"

"Yeah why?"

"The war is going to start sooner than I thought...."

"What war? Hiccup? What's wrong?"

"Nobody told you what happened to me and the great battle?"

"No. What happened?"

So I spent a few hours telling her what happened and how.. She looked at me in awe. I guess I'm a hero to people for what I did. Than she asked

"Can I see the scar?"

I pulled up my top atom and she saw it. She felt it to and she had cold hands. Than she said

"Are you ok now? Did it hurt? How'd you not die?"

"Yes I'm ok, it hurt like hell!!! Why would it not hurt? And Astrid saved me...."

"She saved you? So you love her for saving you?"

"No I always have loved her. She is my best friend other than Toothless."

"Oh...."

"Yeah... It's about 6. We should probably get to our homes.... Come on. We will walk together."

"Ok."

As we walked together we talked. She was fascinated with my journeys to other Islands and different dragons. As she got home she left and I walked in to Astrid's house.

As I got upstairs I took my armor back off and laid back in bed with her. I held her close and she woke up a little. She asked

"Where'd you go Hicc?"

"Just a walk. Let's go back to bed."

"Mmk"

We fell back asleep till about 8. When I woke up Astrid had already fed our dragons. I got my armor back on and went down to see her making breakfast with....Heather?
