Chaptèr 23

-Next day, month before war-

Astrid's POV.

After yesterday, it was more of like having dinner and going to bed. I didn't care because I had Hiccup with me.

I was waking up and I turned looking at Hiccup sleeping. He looked calm. Than I whispered

"Baby, wake up. It's about 9."

"Hmm?"

His eyes were still closed but he heard me

"Babe, cone on. Out of bed."

"K.."

He opened his eyes and I saw his beautiful emerald eyes. I kissed him and he kissed me back. It was great. Than we got out of bed and got dressed.

I went down to cook breakfast and he put his newer armor set on. The set he was in was ruined.

He came down and I said

"Hey babe. Hungry?"

"Oh course."

He than hugged me from behind and kissed my neck. Gods I missed every moment when he wasn't here. I turned around and kissed him and we kinda made out.

I was on the table and he was just kissing. I loved every moment of it. Than of course somebody would walk in.... And it twas Ruff....

"Whoa! What are you two doing?"

"Oh my gods Ruff! GET OUT!"

I was soo embarrassed. Hiccup was just as red as me. He walked away back to the food cooking. I sat on the table looking at Ruff mad.

She walked over to me and said

"So you missed him THAT much..."

"Shut up.. We were having fun. You ruined it.."

"Sorry, just wanted to say hi.. Plus now that Tuff and Heather are going "steady" I have nobody."

"Sorry but you could have at least KNOCKED!"

"Haha you know me ;)"

"That's what worries me.."

All three of us ate together and sat in silence. it was a little awkward... I mean she walked in on us... And I was on the table...

After we finished eating we all kinda hung out. I wanted Hiccup to myself but I rarely get that. We walked around town, and everyone looked at Hiccup and smiled.

I mean everyone should. He is the chiefs son. And he was prisoner more than a week. As we got around, I said

"Isn't Gobber the only one who hasn't seen you since you got home?"

"Actually yeah.. Now that you mention it he is. And I have to go to the forge anyway."

"Why?"

"Gregovich took my Sword. I need a new one."

"Oh..."

We walked to the forge and Gobber was in there. He was working on weapons. Hiccup walked in there and left me and Ruff outside.

I over heard what they said though. Hicc started

"Hey Gobber. Where were you yesterday?"

"Uh... You know, in the forge here."

"Why didn't you come say hi?"

"I was busy.."

"With?"
