Chaptèr 13

Astrid's POV.

I woke up about 6:30 and I noticed my fiancé was missing. What are the chances? Well from what's happened over the months, it's pretty high. I should expect it.

I woke up and fed Toothless and Stormfly. After I got dressed I started to cook. As I was finishing up I heard the door open.

"Hello Hiccup. Where have you been?"

"Uh... Thinking.."

"About?"

"Our wedding."

"Oh.. Really?"

"Yeah... And a few other things."

"Oh.... Like what?"

"Vulcan, and the war."

"Why?"

"Because I haven't seen Vulcan in a while. And his saliva could help save people. The war is my business."

"Excuse me? It's our business. We are getting married so not your business alone."

"Ok well I'll tell you another time than."

"Why not now?"

"Becau-

Heather just walked in and he stopped talking. Than he said

"We will talk about it later."

"Fine."

Heather sat down and was going to eat breakfast with us. She usually dies now. Maybe it's because we are like the only ones who take the time for her.

But when she sat down she looked at Hiccup. I wonder why? Than she said

"So I saw you at the beach this morning."

"Wait, when did you see me there?"

"Around 5ish. You were there a while."

"Well I was there actually since about 3."

"Why?"

Than I spoke up

"He was thinking about our wedding. It's just 5 days away."

"Yeah I thought about the wedding."

After that we are in silence. It was a little akward. But after that Hiccup got up and sat by me. I didn't mind. He put an arm around my waist and kissed my cheek.

Heather seemed a bit weird about that. I don't get her. She just is a good friend at moments and weird the next.

After breakfast Hiccup helped with the dishes and headed towards Gobbers. He gave me a great kiss on the lips and left. Gods I can't wait till wedding night.....

Hiccup's POV.

I left the house about 8 and got to Gobbers. We still need weapons even though we have dragons. So I started making some swords and battle axes.

As I started Gobber asked

"So ye got to wear that ceremonial armor?"

"Yup."

"That dragon leather?"

"Yeah. That's it."

"Well I hope your ok with it. Stoick hated it. Than again he was a little big."

"Really? I thought we had a few sizes. How was he a little big?"

"Well the biggest size was kinda small."

"Oh.."

After I heard that I had to laugh. It's kinda funny. I mean he was so big he barely fit? Man he's big.

After that I just got to work. I though a bit an needed a new dagger to.. So I made one of those. It was getting hot In the forge but I didn't mind.

Once it became lunch time Gibber left and Astrid came in.

"Hey babe. Want to get something to eat? You've been working a while."

"Yeah, that sounds great."

We walked home and started to eat. It was nice. Than Astrid gave me a kiss. I deepened it and she kept going. Than as she started more Heather popped in. Great. She said

"Oh my gods!!! I'm soo sorry. I'll go."

So Astrid spoke too

"It's...fine.. Heather.... Sorry I'm.... Kinda out... Of breath..."

"Oh.... Well I'm still really sorry.... I should really knock and wait....."

"It's... Ok Heather... We weren't going to.... Go so far...."

"Ok....."

After that I gave Astrid a kiss again and left to go back to work. She was blushing and Heather was red as can be. It was funny.

I got back and Gobber was already working. So I just went right to it and started....

Astrid's POV.

I can't believe Heather just walked in on us... That was just sooo I don't know. Terrible!! Heather sat down really red from blushing. I was red to. It was akward. Than she spoke

"Astrid I really didn't mean to walk in. I didn't know Hiccup was here...."

"It's ok Heather.... We were just.... Having some alone time...."

"Yeah I could tell... You two were really going..."

"Haha uh yeah.... I mean we will be together for good soon sooo.... Why not?"

"Yeah... You'll be married and always together..."

"Yeah. And soon we may have little Hiccup's and Astrid's...... At least I hope soo."

"I'm sure you will.... I mean after seeing that before your married? I'm pretty sure you will."

"Um yeah.... It's hard to wait! We have waited for ever!! And I just want it all to happen..."

"Why don't you at night?"

"Because Hiccup is tired from working or getting hurt. I mean I'm tired too. Soo we kinda just sleep..."

"Oh... Well um maybe I should go. Striker is outside waiting for me..."

"Yeah. I should probably fly with Stormfly and Toothless. Hiccup working doesn't get Toothless a lot of flying... Unless they leave on their trips.."

"Yeah. Well bye Astrid. See you later..."

"Ok..."

She left and I did what I said. I got on Stirmfly and we flew. Toothless had his automatic tail in and flew with us. So it was a nice flight. Sun started going down so I went home to make dinner since Hiccup would be home soon.

As I cooked he came in and hugged me from behind.. I can't wait for the wedding day. It will be perfect. Nothing will go wrong and I will get to have my love forever.

The best thing in my life will happen on that day. He is all I want and need. Just 5 more days..
