The Meet and Greet: Harry Styles

Chapter 1

Thank you to everyone who read the first part of the story I was really excited to see the 12 reads.  Here is the next part of the story, I hope everyone enjoys it.  I really like the ending of this one, I hope whoever reads it does too.

Harry came in to his room to wake me up in the morning.  The sun was shining and my perfect boyfriend was here waking me up I was just so happy.  He told me him and Lou had made breakfast and would love for me to join them before Harry would take me back to my place.  So I got up and was greeted with the smell of French toast bacon and eggs.  “I wasn’t sure what you liked to eat in the morning so me and Louis made everything we had that Niall hasn’t already eaten.”

 “Haha well thank you boys this was really unnecessary” I said.  

“Harry just wanted to impress you with his cooking.” Louis told me.  Harry blushed a little

“Shut up lou like you have never done something nice for your girlfriend.”  He smiled at me.  I love their cute little play fights they have with each other.

“So do you want to just hang out tonight, nothing fancy just a nice quite evening?” Harry was wondering after we finished our delicious breakfast.  I heard Harry could cook but I had no idea just how good in the kitchen he actually was.

“That would be nice do you and the boys want to come over to my place?  I don’t know if I mentioned it but I live alone so no parents to get in the way.”  He looked over at lou to see what he thought.

“Are you sure you want all of us there?  You sure you don’t want to be alone?”  Lou asked mischievously while giving Harry a wink.

“Oh lou come on we just met don’t even go there.”  I replied.  I know they all have reputation and everyone knows they have all been with at least one girl but I had made a promise to myself that I didn’t want to be that involved with a guy until I was married.  Plus we just met the other day.  What was Louis thinking saying something like that?  Harry just shrugged not understanding I felt a little awkward right now.  There was an awkward silence that followed and then Lou and I said our goodbyes and Harry led me out to his car. 

He stopped before he opened my door and turned to me “hey sorry about what Louis said don’t think about it too much he’s just being Louis.  I don’t want you to feel like there is any pressure in this relationship about anything. Okay?”

I felt a little better knowing that he wasn’t just after one thing from me “okay” I replied.  Then he opened my door so I could get in the car.  The drive wasn’t too long and before I knew it we were in my driveway.

Before we got out of the car he turned to me “Calie it was really nice of you to invite all the boys over to hang out but would it be okay if it were just me and you?  I really want to get to know you better.”  He said as he gave me his signature smile.

“I would like that” I said as I returned his smile.  He kissed me on the lips before he got out of the car to get my door.  He is such a gentleman how did I get so lucky?  He came around to open my door.

Harry’s POV

Only one thought was running through my mind, how did I get so lucky to be with a girl this amazing?  I just couldn’t stop smiling because I have never felt this happy with a girl before.

Callie’s POV

We were on my front porch saying goodbye even though I didn’t want him to leave he said he had to go to the studio today because they were working on their new album.  Harry leaned to kiss me goodbye but right at that moment Val opened the door and ruined our moment.  Harry and I just looked at each other both a little embarrassed that Val caught us.

“Goodbye Callie see you later,” he said to me giving me a wink. “Bye Val nice to meet you.” Then he turned and walked back to his car.

Val pulled me inside and didn’t even give me a second to breathe before yelling “OKAY SPILL! I want all the details and don’t you think about leaving the tiniest thing out.”

I chuckled at her and told her to calm down.  “Okay so he took me to my favorite restaurant on the beach….

I told her everything that happened including all the time he kissed me and made my heart skip a beat.

“We had a really nice time, I had a lot of fun.”  I said when I finished reliving the previous night.

“No way you kissed on the first date? Well you know what they say Harry is a very cheeky guy” Val told me.

“No Val it was only a kiss it was no big deal,” I tried to explain to Val it was just a kiss nothing more, but she didn’t quite believe it.

“What do you mean it was no big deal you and Harry Styles kissed” she exclaimed.

“I know it was amazing I felt sparks when we touched it was just like it felt right.  Oh and he is coming over tonight and we are going to hang out here.” 

“No way did another date this soon wow you two really hit it off.” Valerie seemed pretty happy at how this all played out but I hadn’t told her the biggest news yet.

“Val there is one more thing I haven’t mentioned yet.” I started to say but was interrupted by a restricted phone call.  This was weird I never got calls from a restricted number; I didn’t think about it too much though I went ahead and answered it.

“Hello Callie its Harry, I am so sorry I didn’t mean for this to happen.  Please don’t be mad at me I had nothing to do with this.”

I was caught off guard by what he was saying.  What was he sorry about?  What didn’t he do?  “Harry its okay calm down.  What happened?”  I tried to calm him down but I wasn’t sure what to do, I had no bloody idea what was going on.

“Turn the news on” was all he could manage so say.  I turned on my television and did as I was told.  I sttod there frozen as I heard what was on the news.

“Does Harry Styles have a new mystery woman?  The two were spotted at a local restaurant on the beach.  They seemed pretty close.  The big question is, who is this new mystery woman?” 

That’s all I needed to hear, “Harry I know we both didn’t want this to get out, but I am not mad.  It’s not your fault this happened you couldn’t have known.  Don’t worry it was bound to get out sooner or later.”  I really didn’t care that it got out I mean I was his girlfriend after all.  I just felt really bad that he was beating himself up over this.

“So you’re not mad?” Poor harry I wasn’t all worried about this so neither should he.

“No I am not mad I am your girlfriend, is it really the worst thing if the public found out?”

He thought about this for a moment and said “well I guess not, it’s just that Liam and Louis girlfriends get so much hate on the internet and I don’t want you to have to go through with that.  If you are going to be in the public eye now I want you to be ready for everything, I don’t want this to tear us apart.”

I had to sit back and think for a moment because he was right I saw all the hate that was on Twitter and other social networking sites.  I also knew it hurt them to know people could be so cruel.  Was I ready to have my world turned upside down just to have my silly dream come true to be with Harry?

“If you need some time to think about this I understand.”  I had forgotten Harry was still on the phone.  Before I responded I thought about how much fun we had last night and thought why not?  Me and Harry really hit it off let’s see where this takes us.

“Yes Harry I am sure I want to continue seeing you I know it will be hard at some times but let’s take every day at a time.”
