I suppose I should introduce myself. I'm Sinnie Phantomhive, long lost twin to Ciel Phantomhive. I was kidnapped when I was only a couple weeks old and raised as a slave. I did work and stuff for a cult up until yesterday. Now I have a demon butler who helped me escape. Let me tell you a bit about myself.
I have slight trust issues and I'm very shy. I open up a bit once I know someone, though. I don't much like boys, since the cult I worked at was full of pedophilic guys who tried to rape me on a daily basis. I have blue gray hair that's kept short so as to not interfere with my cleaning and chores. I part the bangs so they cover one eye. I have deep blue eyes that sparkle. I have a slim figure and I'm rather short. 5'2" to be exact. I'm thirteen years old. I weigh ninety pounds and I don't wear usual clothes. Actually, I usually wear jean pants and loose tank tops with ballet flats and the pink ring on my right middle finger. I have my ears pierced with first holes, second holes, and one up top in the cartilage.
Anyways, Charles and I checked into a small hotel with some money he just randomly had. We retired for the evening; I took a shower; and I went to sleep.
The next morning, Charles woke me up and got me ready. Somehow, he'd acquired some noble's clothes. Unfortunately, they were boy clothes. It was a simple noble suit in a nice blue color, along with a black cloak because it's cold.
"Charles... These are boy clothes." I said sheepishly. He nodded.
"I know. They were in the closet, I'm sorry. I should have found something else, young Mistress." he bowed solemnly and he actually sounded regretful. I nodded and turned around in the clothes. They were rather comfortable. And the cloak was warm.
"It's fine. I can pull it off, what with my hair and all." I said. Charles stood straight and nodded.
"Yes, young Mistress." he smiled sweetly.
"Shall we go, then?" I asked. Charles nodded and held open the door. I walked out with my head held high and Charles walking behind me. As soon as we were outside, whispers followed us.
"Is that the Phantomhive boy?"
"His hair is a bit off today."
"Where's the walking stick?"
"I don't know. I'm wondering who the man is."
"Yeah, where's his usual butler?"
"Did he get a new one?"
They mistook me for my brother, I bet. Charles walked a few paces behind me. Finally, we arrived at the front gates of the Phantomhive manor. I couldn't wait to see what Ciel thought of me! We walked confidently up to the door, but I hesitated. Then, Charles reached forward and knocked for me. The door creaked open and a man greeted us. He had red eyes and black hair. He wore a black tail coat and white gloves. I felt Charles tense up beside me. The man looked at me in surprise.
"Wh- Young master?" he asked. "No. You are not my young master. Who are you, then."
"I'm Sinnie. Sinnie Phantomhive. I've come to speak with my brother." I replied hesitantly. The man stepped back, allowing us inside. He took my cloak and put it away. Instinctively, my hand flew to my neck. The man sighed.
"You don't have to hide it, Lady Sinnie." he said, peering over at me. "I'm Sebastian, by the way. The butler of this estate. The young master will see you shortly. Can I get you some tea while you wait?" I nodded and allowed him to lead me to a room with a long table. He sat me at the end of it and served tea shortly after. Charles stood behind my chair. Sebastian brought a strawberry cake and I ate it in silence. It was delicious. Much better than the disgusting mush they fed us at the cult.
"Is it satisfactory, young Mistress?" Charles asked me. I nodded thoughtfully, sipping the tea. I recognized the smell. It was definitely Earl Grey. I'm not sure how I knew, but I did. Sebastian came in when I was done eating and cleared away the dishes. Then he led me up to a room.
"Young master... There's someone here who would like to speak with you." Sebastian called. A muffled reply was heard. Sebastian opened the door and told me to enter. I walked in to find a boy sitting at a desk with his head on his hand and his eyes closed. I stood before the desk. The boy looked just like me. He even wore the same exact outfit as me! How could that be coincidence?! The boy opened his... Eye? I realized he was wearing an eye patch. Suddenly, he sat up straight.
"So it's true then? What Sebastian told me? Are you my sibling?" Ciel asked.
"Yes. I'm your twin sister. I was kidnapped when we were babies." I said.
"And it took you this long to get back? What did they keep you for?" he asked. I rung my hands together and hesitated. Charles stood a few steps behind me.
"They forced me into slavery. It was a cult trained to raise perfect little girls and sell them off on their fourteenth birthdays. It's awful." I said, avoiding the whole rape thing. Ciel nodded.
"Did they do anything else?" he asked.
"Well... They, uh... They would choose one girl each week to use as the week's prostitute. Other than that, they would rape us on a daily basis. I-I was thankfully never picked as prostitute. And they would try to rape me, but they were never successful. It got to a point where they would only go after me, because I was the only girl who still possessed her virginity. They would whip me and burn me, but I never gave in. I still fought back. Then Charles saved me." I replied, gesturing to Charles at the end. Ciel nodded solemnly.
"I understand. Many cults do that. Are you branded?" he gestured to where I had my hand on my neck. I hadn't even realized it was there.
"No, actually. This is, uh... My mark. It's a tattoo of sorts." I replied, not moving my hand.
"May I see it?" Ciel asked. I bit my lip and nodded. If Sebastian knew, Ciel must too.
"Sure, I suppose. It's what contracts me and Charles." I moved my hand, bearing the pink pentagram. Ciel studied it before nodding.
"I understand. Sebastian will show you to your new room. I hope that's okay?" Ciel never smiled. He was so cold. Why would he be cold to his own sister? I nodded anyways and allowed Sebastian to lead me out the door. He was careful not to touch me. He led me to a huge room, decorated in pink. It was as if they'd known I was coming! The bed was a queen size with a pretty pink comforter and many pillows. It was very soft and the comforter was thick. A candle sat on the bedside table. A wardrobe was set up, filled with beautiful, noble dresses. They were all my size. I had a balcony, which was set with a few comfy arm chairs and a coffee table. I changed into a blue dress that matched my eyes. It had long sleeves and it was covered in lace. It was a slim fitting dress with a wide V-neck. I also chose a matching blue headband to pair with it. I went to the bathroom and found nail polish! I painted my nails with the same blue as my eyes. Then I did my make up in a discreetly noble fashion and decided I was done prettying myself up. A knock sounded at the door.
"Young mistress?" Charles' voice came from the door. I walked over and opened it. He stopped with his hand still held up. I had to look up to see him. I realized my head only came to his chest. I looked up into his eyes and he stared down at me. His eyes were a deep green color. It was rather beautiful.
"Yes?" I asked, regaining my senses and looking down.
"Um... Master Ciel wishes to dine with you in the dining room." he said. I nodded and followed him to the dining room. I didn't even try to hide my mark. I wore it proudly. I sat at the opposite end of the dining table as Ciel. He sat across from me, with Sebastian standing behind his chair just as Charles stood behind my chair. We were served and then our butlers were dismissed so that we could talk in privacy.
"Thank you for welcoming me here, Ciel." I said after a moment's silence. He nodded.
"Of course. You are of the Phantomhive family, after all." he sipped his tea before peering down at me over the table. "It really is almost like looking in a mirror. A very girly mirror. Now then, we need to speak business." Ciel's expression got serious as he looked at me.
"Okay. Do I get to help you with the company? Or am I just supposed to go off and find my own work?" I asked.
"No. We'll co-own the company, I'll simply be a bit higher than you. And I might need your help on cases for the queen sometimes. And keep that demon close. I don't trust him. There's something odd about him. Sebastian won't tell me what it is, though." Ciel sighed slightly, putting his head in his hand and eating some of his food. "And Charles should help Sebastian with the chores. The other servants are foolish. And I expect you to act as a Noble, not a slave. You have to hold your head high and be a proper lady. I see you chose a dress that didn't need a corset. Any reason?"
"I can't breathe in those things. Not to mention, I don't even know how to tie them." I explained. Ciel nodded.
"Charles can help you with that. He and Sebastian will teach you to be a lady before anyone has to see you. I see you already have make up down and nail polish. Your fashion sense is fine, as well. You just need proper manner skills. Your hair is short, but the way it's styled can make it girly. Yes, it'll be fine. Very well. Just let me know if you need anything." he smirked into his tea cup and closed his eyes. My hand flew to my neck.
"What do I do about..." I paused.
"Yes. That. We could just say it's a brand from the cult. That's what I would do. Close any conversation about that short, though. We don't need anyone perking into our lives." Ciel said firmly. I nodded slightly and lowered my eyes to my tea cup, tracing the rim with my finger.
"Okay, thank you, Ciel." I replied, smiling lightly. Sebastian came in, followed by Charles. They assumed their positions. I don't know if Charles caught it, but I saw Sebastian slip a letter to Ciel under the table. I wondered what that was about.
"I'll be in my study if you need me. Feel free to roam around, just keep him with you." Ciel gestured to Charles and then left. Sebastian followed him like a butler should.
"Charles, I wish to meet the other servants. I'm not even sure if they're aware of my presence here, and I can't deal with that. Let's find them!" I stood up and wandered off with Charles behind me at all times.
