It was the day of the custody hearing and Jeff was confident I was getting full custody of Dj.  I was nerves as shit.  A nigga like me don't do court, its like the judge be trying to slam your ass.  "Are you ready" BB said while putting on her diamond earrings. "Yeah, just nerves as shit not knowing what the outcome maybe." Dj came running in the room "Ms. Ebony how I look, don't I look like a million bucks?" He had on a pair of all white Burberry shorts,  white Burberry shirt with the khaki and black on the sleeves and some Burberry tennis. He had his Jesus piece around his neck. My son takes after his father for real.

"Yes you do look like a million bucks plus more Dj. You are so darn handsome and between me and you. You look better than your dad. Don't tell him I said that" BB said. "Shit I am his dad so he get all that sexiness from me. Plus I got some good ass genes, our princess going be beautiful."

"Of course she will, look who her mother is" BB raised her hand and said Me... I grabbed her around her waist from the back and put my face in her neck. All I smelled was warm vanilla sugar from bath and body works. Her ass loved that shit and I did too.

Taking a sniff then I said "our princess will be beautiful  and her mother is fine as a motherfucker." Then I bit her neck and she jumped and busted out laughing. I turned her around pecked her lips three times and smacked her fat ass. "Let's go Damien" she said as she walked away and called "Dj let's go baby we going be late fooling with your ugly daddy." I grabbed my dick and was like "yeah this big ass dick ain't ugly is it?" BB said "WHATEVER DAMIEN, I would respond but Dj is coming and may hear my responds. It may hurt his little ears. So I am keep my responds to myself. Let's go."  Dj came running into the room saying "I am ready" and grabbed BB hand and they walked to the Range Rover.  I open the door for both of them. BB leaned over and open the door while looking back making sure Dj was strapping his seat belt. We both buckle ours and was on our way to the court house.

About 1 1/2 hour later in the courtroom........

Jeff had outlined so much dirt on Keshia from Dj teachers, doctors, dentist, and therapist. I found out after keeping Dj for two weeks something was wrong with him. I asked Keshia dumb ass and she brushed it off. I had to go to the school to find out Dj had a learning disability and behavior issues but that bitch was fucking up so bad my son was failing and acting out in school.

He wasn't going to therapy, she was letting him missed days in school when she had him.  I was fucking steaming.  Jeff had written statement from the special education teacher and the school psychiatric. "So Mr. Carter why you just getting involved in your son's life because from what I am seeing if you would have been stepped in  and helping.  Your son wouldn't be failing." The judge said to me.

I was about to cuss this bitch out because she looking at me like I am a dead beat dad and shit. " Judge Brown I just found out about my son a few months ago. If I knew that I had a son he wouldn't be in trouble nor failing Judge. My mother raised a man not a boy. Keshia kept the fact she was pregnant with my child away from me and then left town and just coming back." 

This judge was judging me and didn't really know what the fuck was going on. I leaned over to Jeff and was like "why the fuck she coming at me like that?" "Chill out Blaze is all Jeff said then he began to pull out paper works of when the DNA test was done. The written agreement  we signed with both lawyers signature. Keshia and her lawyer was sitting their with the dick look on their face especially since Lisa Bloom was her lawyer.  "Is all this true Ms. Bloom" Judge Brown said?  "Judge Brown Ms. Johnson left town to further her schooling and didn't find out she was pregnant while taking a physical for sports in college" Ms. Bloom said.
