That same day in the police station
Nessa's POV.

I was sitting beside Roni and Marco in the police station, waiting for our names to be called. "Vanessa Merrell" the police called as I look at both Roni and Marco scared. "You can do this" Marco and Roni said at the same time. I see my ex getting out of the room. I look at him with anger as he just looked at me with a smirk. I walked inside a white room with the FBI agent. I sat in the chair across the FBI agent.

"hi Vanessa, my name is Agent Lopez and I'm in the FBI. I am here to interview you about what happened so....you were the victim right?" Agent Lopez asked. "Yes I was" I said. "So Vanessa...can u tell me everything that happened?" Agent Lopez asked as I nod. "So uh...it started in the party...My boyfriend, Marco and I were dancing and having fun. I got tired so I told him...I was gonna go get a drink for both of us. While getting a drink....my ex, Aaron, the guy u just talked to earlier, approached me and tried to talk to me. He was talking to me like we were friends" I said. "Wait before you could finish, can u tell me...about ur past with him. Like why u guys broke up and stuff" Agent Lopez asked. "Well Aaron and I dated for about 4 years...in that last year of dating, he was acting very strange. Things just didn't click for us so I decided I was gonna break up with him but before I did, I found out that he was cheating on me with another girl for a year now. So he's been secretly seeing someone for a year without me knowing. After finding out he was cheating on me, I immediately broke up with him. This happened back in my hometown, Missouri, by the way. So after that, my sister, Roni, and I moved to LA to pursue our YouTube and acting careers" I said. "Oh. Ok. So what are u guys doing here in Hawaii?" Agent Lopez asked. "We came here to take a relaxing vacation. We're staying here for the whole summer" I said. "Oh ok how old are u?" Agent Lopez asked. "24" I said (just in case you forgot this was three years after). "Okay so continue what u were telling me awhile ago" Agent Lopez said. "So...uh Aaron, asked me to take a shot with him, just once. I kept saying no, but he kept forcing me. He started calling me names I didn't want to be called. So just to prove to him I wasn't a wuss I just took the shot. And from what my sister told me, He put A drug in my drink...making me go all loopy and sleepy and weak." I said. "And how did he trick you?" Agent Lopez asked. "He told me that someone was waving hi at me. So I looked and I guess while looking he put a drug on my drink? I don't know cuz...I don't remember much stuff that happened last night" I said. "Okay continue" Agent Lopez said. "After that....I don't rlly remember much stuff...but.. he took me to a room...he-" I said stuttering. "It's okay just say it" agent Lopez said. "H-he started taking off my clothes...my body became weaker and weaker every second. He took off all of my clothes and just pushed me to the bed and started unzipping his belt. He pulled his pants down and he...started kissing me...he forced me to do stuff I never wanted to do....he told me that if I ever do anything against his will, he will punish me. I tried to yell, I tried to scream, I tried to move, I tried to fight. But I couldn't. I couldn't do anything at all because my body was too weak to do any of those stuff. He started slamming himself into me. I wanted to scream for help but still nothing came out of my mouth. I tried reaching for my phone but it was too far. He started choking me making me run out of breath.....after that...I don't remember anything" I said. "So he raped u?" Agent Lopez asked as I nod. "That's not what he told me" Agent Lopez said. "What?" I asked. "He told me that you wanted him to do it. You even asked him to do it" Agent Lopez said. "Agent Lopez, I am engaged to the guy I love, why would I ever do anything like that to him" I sad. "I don't know, you tell me" Agent Lopez said. "And how do you know he's telling the truth?" I asked as she opens her laptop and plays the tape of Aaron and I. I couldn't look, it was too much to handle. "Agent Lopez, I didn't want that! I just didn't fight back because I couldn't! My body was frozen!! I don't know if you can tell but I couldn't speak!! Agent, pls believe me. Pls! I never wanted any of this. Pls just believe me. HE RAPED ME!!!! And U BELIEVE THAT I WANTED HIM TO DO IT?!" I asked. "Ms.Merrell I'm not on any ones side here" Agent Lopez said. "YES YOU ARE. YOU'RE IN HIS SIDE. U BELIEVE A RAPIST. WHY?! WHY?!" I said. "Ms.Merrell we're trying to find out the truth here" Agent Lopez said. "Well I am telling the truth! I was a victim of rape!!! And u fucking believe him?! You've got to be kidding me" I said. "Vanessa we don't know the truth yet" Agent Lopez said. "You know what I'm done with this. Believe whoever u want. If u want to believe a rapist then so be it. But if he does it again to other girls don't blame me for warning you" I said leaving the room. "Ms. Merrell. Pls come back" The agent said but I ignored her and just kept walking. I see Roni and Marco sitting down and talking. I walk up to them in annoyance. "Nessa what happened?" Marco asked. "The agent believes Aaron" I said. "What?!" Roni and Marco asked. "She thinks I'm lying. Aaron told her that I wanted it and basically begged for it" I said. "Oh hell no" Marco said. "Marco Esparza" the agent called. "Alright I'll brb. I'll defend u don't worry" Marco said giving me a peck then went inside the white room with the agent. ""Did Aaron really say that?" Roni asked. "That's what the agent said." I said. "He's such an asshole WTH" Roni said. "Yeah do u have any idea where he is?" I asked. "No why do u wanna know?" Roni asked. "I have to talk to him and confront him" I said. "Nessa don't" Roni said. "Why not?" I asked. "Something bad might happen." Roni said. "I'm just gonna talk to him Roni it's okay" I said."fine I'm coming with you then" Roni said as I nod and we start looking for Aaron. We Couldn't find him anywhere so.. we decided to ask the police. "Hey do u guys know where Aaron Van Wormer is?" I asked. "Uh yes he's in Room 234. Go straight then turn right and then in the left u see the room" the police said. "Okay thank you" Roni said as we quickly go to the room. We open the door and there reveals a handcuffed Aaron.
