Magic Word

Wow! New chapter already. Also, wish me luck on my SOL's. I still have no idea why I say that. Anyway, enjoy!! :3

The brisk air filled the winter air cooly as a breeze swept across the frosted land. The couple, Natsu Dragneel and Lucy Heartfilia were too in a shell themselves as well as their fellow neighbors.

The blonde waved a free hand by the window, "is yours out too?" She called to her neighbors.

"Yeah! Such a freezing night!" They replies with a shuddering yell.

"If you want, we can bring in some blankets for you guys! We have plenty!"

"That's really not necessary Miss Lucy! Your helpful nature is such a grace but we mustn't! Please warm yourself!" They said in a awe tone.

"You sure? I don't want you to freeze up!"

"We are completely sure! You and Salamander take care of yourselves!"

"Oh! And tell that blue cat I said 'hi'!" Their young daughter waved happily with a grin spreading across her pink lips.

"Of course!" Lucy replied warmly.

"You lovebirds keep warm and have a wonderful night!"

"You too!" The couple yelled in unison.

They stepped back from the frigid sills of the window and shut it to a releasing close.

Lucy sighed, seeing the fact her electricity was out and no source of warmth could be activated to keep assure her fervor. The breath she let out released a cloud of wintry air. She settled onto the softness of her bed as her boyfriend strolled besides her.

He embraced her sultrily, "This storm better pass by soon." He spoke softly.

"I know exactly how you feel." She responded.

He patted down her frizzy blonde hair that creeped up ever since they woke up in the middle of the night due to this frostiness. Ever since, they couldn't get no rest as dark bags formed barely underneath their eyes.

Natsu carefully pulled a coat from their closet and wrapped up securely around her bare shoulders that only parts were covered by a three inch tank top strap.

"This cold is nothing!" She attempted to wiggle out of it as he chuckled by her side. "I'm sure I can handle this c-coldness!"

Before any other words, she tumbled off the bed with a wobble and crashed into the floor with a sudden thud. The dragon slayer pulled out a helping hand towards her. She gratefully took it in, the other hand holding the hinges of his coat.

"You don't have to be so stubborn, y'know." He kissed her warmly on her forehead.

"It's what I get for spending my time with you." She giggled.

He pulled her down softly on the bed with his embrace still locked around her as her head gently fell on his chest.

"Y'know, this is the first you ever gave me your coat." She spoke alas.

"I would've gave it to you sooner, but, I'm a fire wizard so I normally always warm you up anytime. Anyway, we barely even bring our coats with us." He stated truthfully.

"Its alright though. I'm just glad you would at least be there. Because that frickin' burn in my cheeks is the only heat I'll ever produce around you." She teasingly joked as he laughed along.

He held her hand tightly in his as their fingers crossed each other, "Your hands are warm." He uttered.

"So are yours," She replied, however, she thought the obvious. She knew the reason was that he was a fire wizard but, a heat like this is more heartwarming than anything else she ever felt.

"After this storm, wanna take a job to Mount Hakobe?" He questioned her with a smirk.

"Oh, you must be joking." She scoffed.

He grinned with a small laugh, "I'm free to all requests."

"I request warmth, Mavis," She prayed. "Natsu, how come you're not using your magic?"

"Well, you see, I kinda had a little potion battle with Happy, and you see, it kinda dropped on me and got rid of my magic for twenty four hours." He uttered nervously.

"You're lucky I love you." She compressed her lips against his for small moment as a small grin both caressed their lips.

"Also, please don't tell Erza I fooled around with potions." Natsu pleases as he pulled her closer, quivering his lip, begging as a baby.

She bit her gelid lip as she looked away with an unsure look.

"Luuuucyyyyy~" He purred her name in a pleading tone.

"We'll see." She replied, smirking as little.

"Ok, that's it." Natsu then flipped her to where he hovered just before her and poked her rips, triggering a burst of laughter from her as he tickled her sides, stomach, neck and feet several times.

"N-No! Natsu! N-Not now! I-It's freezing!" She laughed as a huge grin played on her lips and her throat slowly inhaled the brisk air.

"What's the magic word?" He cooed.

"U-uh? Please?" She pleaded, still laughing.

"Nope!"

"Mavis!" She called out again.

"Haha! Try again!"

"Fairy Tail!"

"Try another!"

"Igneel?!"

"Nooope!"

"Fire?!"

"U-uh!"

"Dragon!"

"Not even close!"

"Ice!"

"Ew! No!"

She laughed harder, "How about, Dragneel?"

"Mmm mm! Try again!"

"I'm pregnant."

He paused suddenly in his actions at the sudden call out. He looked up at her with an eye of revelation.

"Are you serious?" A simper played on his lips once again.

She nodded slowly in agreement, facing the facts as they were told.

His grin grew huge, "Y-You mean, there's gonna be a little me wondering around?"

"You could say that."

He gently pulled the hinges of her shirt up shortly and kissed the middle of her stomach and pulled her shirt back down, placing another heartwarming kiss against her warm, pink lips.

"I can't wait." His thumbs caressed her cheeks as he hovered above her.

"Me too." She grinned back at him.

"Just do you know, I'll do whatever I can to help you through pregnancy. I'll bring you food, make you food, even buy you those sweet chocolates you like downtown. I'll even be there when you give birth. I'll never leave your side."

Her grin grew small and soon faded, "Even when you left me for an entire year?"

"I'll never do that again. I promise to never." He intertwined his pinky with hers.

"I love you my idiotic dragon." She kissed his forehead.

"I love you too my princess." He kissed her on the forehead warmly once again.
