A Gift To The Fairies

Ok, so, eleventh chapter of which Natsu and Lucy are gonna be dating. . .

Yeah, I mean come on, isn't it adorable when they date? I find it cute. . .

"Erza! Gray! Wendy! The whole team!" Natsu called out to the team as he darted into the wizard guild with the biggest simper played on his lips.

"What is it?" Erza's dark eyes looked up as well as the others in curiosity.

"Lucy and I have a gift for you guys!" He exclaimed as his wife strolled by his side, arms wrapped behind her back, a grin becoming happier by the second.

"Well, it better be worth it since you guys left with a goodbye for an entire year and just come back saying you have a gift for us." Gray had stated, a palm supporting his left cheek wearily.

Natsu and Lucy took a quick glance at each other, a glint of regret in their dark eyes.

"It's alright Natsu and Lucy," Wendy sweetly said. "Welcome back. I'm sure those days were overwhelming."

"You have no idea~" Lucy skidded her boot side to side as she muttered it quietly as possible.

"Juvia is curious now." Juvia plopped her seating as she glanced at them.

"Right," Natsu smiles hugely. "You ready?"

"Wait! Is that a b-"

"Put a sock in it ya dolt!" Lucy shouted behind her.

"What is it?! I'm eager now!" Levy exclaimed.

With one swift move, she brought her arms in front of her that held a darkened basket with a neatly folded beige CLOTH. HA! I know how to spell.

Everyone leaned in slowly, trying to examine of what the couple had just introduced to them. But, that was when the thought passed their mind. The whole reason of why.

Inside the basket, the group thought, was a small infant with pink hair.

"Tell me it's yours." Levy demanded.

The couple chuckled at each other before the blonde spoke up, "Yup."

Therefore those words, the girls in the group let out a death-screeching squeal that caught the attention of the more guild members nearby.

"I've been waiting for this my whole life!!" Levy squealed.

"What gender?" Erza questioned with stars blooming in her eyes.

"A girl." Natsu responded.

"What's her name?" Juvia squealed again.

"Nashi." Lucy replied.

"It's so cute!"

Before the conversation could get deeper within chat, a few tiny steps wondered over, everyone's attention taking a glance downwards.

"What seems to be all the commotion about?" Master Makarov stated, glancing at the married couple, densely.

Silence patrolled the current area as they realized the obvious.

"Did I miss something?" He questioned.

"Master, look in the basket." Erza sighed.

With no hesitation, his eyes wondered inside the basket, and then, noticed the pink-haired infant, sleeping peacefully in its rest.

"Is that. . ." He chocked on his words.

The couple smiled brightly and nodded with agreement.

And with those words, a thud erupted throughout the guild as looks of worries came into action.

"Is he okay?" Gray asked as he looked over.

"My children. . . Have finally found love," He uttered. A tear formed in his eyes, "they grew up so fast."

The group shared a small chuckle.

"So, is that why you guys were gone so long?"

"Pretty much, Yeah." Natsu scratched behind his neck.

"Juvia doesn't wanna sound rude but," Juvia stuttered over her words. "But, can Juvia perhaps. . . Hold her?"

Lucy smiled softly, "Of course."

Juvia's face lit up in wonderful delight. A smile graced her lips as she thanked them delightfully.

Lucy carefully wrapped the beige blanket around her sleeping child and gently lifted her upwards from the basket. She waved Juvia over quietly slightly rocking the infant.

Juvia opened her arms slightly as Lucy carefully placed the infant between her arms softly and peacefully.

Natsu gently compressed his lips against his wife's happily before pulling away with a grin played on their lips.

"She's so precious," Juvia uttered.

"Thank you." Lucy smiled proudly and widely.

"Juvia wonders when she and Gray will have a precious child." Juvia rocked the infant skillfully.

The group passed dazing ideas toward the ice mage with a smirk playing on their lips.

"Yeah, Gray." Lucy crossed her arms.

"More grandkids? Oh my Mavis," Makarov panted.

"H-Hey!" A softened sakura pink cakes his cheeks fairly as he stuttered, glancing away.

After a moment of teasing the "stalker and the stripper", the group finally returned back onto its original topic from before.

"Well, we should get going. We've got a lot of cleaning to do," Lucy returned her child from Juvia's arms. "I'll be sure to give you all a chance to introduce yourselves to little Nashi here."

"Well, everyone but ice prick." Natsu stated with a low growl.

"Okay, look," Gray protested with words struggling to speak.

Erza sighed, "Do you need any help with the apartment cleaning? We're always free to help, you know."

"That. . . Won't be necessary. I mean, I bet you have a lot to do with the guild and Makarov. Considering you have been training for role of the next guild master." Lucy's word spoke against hers.

"Oh Lucy, you know us well enough." Levy spoke. "We always put our friends and family before ourselves."

Natsu took a glance down to his wife, giving her an assured eyes speaking that no bothers would occur, seeing her quickly-tempered self.

"If. . . If it really is no bother," Lucy smiled. "Whatever you do pleases us the biggest."

"That's great to know." Erza chuckled.

"Aye! I have a sister now!" Happy flew around their heads.

"You're late, Happy." Natsu spoke to the exceed.

"I always make such a great enterance, now do I?"

"Sure but not so good timing."

"Let's just all head home. It's been awhile since we finally settled in Magnolia." Lucy carried basket to self closely.

"Of course." Natsu kissed her forehead gently.
