Sodas POV
My mouth fell open.
"Unless you think its a bad idea." She twirls a piece of her hair around her finger. An action she did when she was nervous.
"No! No its a great idea." A huge smile crosses my face. "When are you gonna do that?"
"Well its his 16th birthday in a few weeks maybe I'll do it then." She smiles softly. "I just hope he is okay with it."
"Of course he'll be okay with it, that kid loves you." I reassure her.
She looks down and smiles.
"Would you wanna go with me?" She asks after a while. I'm taken a back by this.
"What?"
"Would you wanna come to the court house with me?"
I had no idea what to say. She looks at me her eyes wide and full of hope.
"I'd love too." He face lights up.
"Really you will?!"
I nod and she throws her arms around me, I spin her around. I press my lips to hers. I feel a light tap on my shoulder, then another one, rain.
"We should probably get back to the car." I whisper into the crook of her neck.
She races back to the hospital parking lot and I chase after her. The rain falling heavily now. Our clothes both soaking wet. I climb in and she does the same. All we have to do is look at eachother and burst out laughing.
"I love you so much Y/n." I say finally calming down.
"I love you too."
In that moment I knew we were destined for something wonderful.
