Forbidden Water

Chapter 19

I have cried to write the previous chapter!!

 Leo's pov continues.......

My life is going through hell; I don't believe the hell is more darker than this. First, Larissa left me to be more powerful and now Fernando had died!! as Lisa wants to believe Fernando has gone on the sea, I want to believe Larissa has gone to learn more skills  that she can protect me from other odds in future.

I came in front of the cruel sea, it's so calm yet so rebellious,so joyous yet so grave; actually it wears a mask of calmness so often. It's night so none is here to accompany the sea.But I saw a girl sitting motionless looking at the sea. I couldn't see the face as fluoresced darkness prevails here. I came closer a bit suspiciously. It's Lisa!!

"Lisaaa",I called but she didn't move as if I don't exist. Her eyes are open with a void expression; her face has lost the zest; her long hair is ruffled and so was her dress,as if she is living but not breathing. I stirred her and then she looked at me. I saw tears glistening in those eyes.

'Lisa, you are still crying?', I had to ask. Lisa gave me a look as if crying will heal her anguish.

'No, I'm not crying, all  tears are dried',she sighed, 'I'd cry a ocean if only those could bring Fernando back'. 

'Lisa, I am also heartbroken, but see, I am trying to live', I tried to console her.

'You know Leo, I would die to be with him,but I want to reminisce the memories we spent together; thus I'm still here',she said in thick voice. I hugged her tightly, no ,she can't do it!!

'Don't even try to think of it', I looked straight into her eyes, 'We can share our agonies to alleviate the anguish'. Though I tried to console her my eyes got teary with the thoughts of loneliness.

'My anguish can't be expressed........but I wish someday Larissa will come back in your arms and you have to wait till that day', she took my hand in both of her hands and looked intensely  at me. Finally we sat on the beach ;the sound of waves welcomed us. She said so much about her love life, I never knew their bond was so strong!!

'Now you go, I will swim',she said amid our conversation. It's dead of night and she wants to swim!! 

'Why? why do you want to swim?',I am surprised and curious.

'Leo , please go home',she ordered, 'I will swim the whole night, don't try to disturb me; in this way I forget agony'.

But it's dangerous !! I never heard of anyone swimming at midnight ! then adventitiously I remembered Lisa is a werefish !! so, it's natural for a werefish to swim anytime. After all ,water is their real home !! but it's really unsafe for a girl.

'Ohh', sound came out from my mouth reminding the real fact.......truly nothing is fact in this crazy world,always there is some fusion.

'What?',she asked.

'It's nothing, go on swimming but I don't want to go home, I'll sit here', said I as I don't wish to move much.

'No ,go home; what will you do sitting here?',she scolded.

'Okay I'm going ; but I know you will phase into a fish and you don't want me to watch', I replied playfully hoping it may bring smile in her face but she blushed.

'So you know I am werefish?'

'If you know everything about me why can't I?', I said mysteriously and she became brighter shade of red. Then suddenly I felt splash of water on me.

'Now go home,you jerk'.

I returned home thinking how Larissa splashed water on me in a jovial day.
