We all went in the Police Station except Marco and Charlie, they both spoke to the interviewers, we went to an office, we sat there as Chief stood at the front.
"So, I guess you think we'll let you out already, but I'm sorry, you still killed your father, even though it's self-defense, we still need you to be in jail, but you'll only be here for a month." The chief said,
"Really? Then okay." I said,
The Police led me back to my cell, I smiled even though I was back in the cell, I heard footsteps coming, and I saw Jake, Claire and Mark.
"Lastly, Chief told me that he'll treat you fine here." Mark said,
"Okay." I said,
"Well, I guess the next time we hang is after one month." Claire said,
Mark and Claire left leaving Me and Jake alone.
"So, you're gonna be fine here right?" Jake asked,
"Yeah, they'll tre-" I said,
Jake interrupted me and pulled me, he kissed me like he missed me, it was five seconds long, and we parted.
"I'm gonna miss you." Jake said,
"Well you can visit me right?" I said,
"Of course."
"It's only gonna be a month."
Jake nodded and before he could leave he told me.
