Going back on time

Old House

July 24, 07:35AM

I woke up freshly, but the thought in my head kept me from smiling, I ate breakfast at the kitchen, I then took a bath and wore a Black T-shirt with a "Life" printed on it, and my ripped jeans, I also wore my black-and-white shoes, I thought of what if this is the clothes I wore at the day I die, I took my phone and checked the time, It was 8:30 already.

08:40AM

I was at Saffar Cafe drinking cappuccino again, it's my favorite and I thought that this might be the last coffee I drink, after I drank, I left the Cafe and went to the Market, I only bought my favorite chip and my favorite drink, I walked out while I ate and drank, I threw it to the trash can as I was done with it, I thought that this day might be the day I die, I went back to my Apartment and did things.

11:10AM

I went to Mark's house but I wasn't there for Mark, but for Jake, I saw him at their garage and he was fixing this car.

"Jake?" I called out,

Jake turned around to see me, he was wearing a T-Shirt now, he came to me and gave me this smile.

"Hey Hailey." He said,

I gave him a smile but I was crying inside that my eyes are slightly tearing up.

"Uhh... I wanted to give you this." I said nervously,

I handed him a small white envelope.

"What's this for?" He asked,

"It's an envelope, you should open it when Me and Mark leave later at noon." I said,

"Why?"

"I think it's the best time to read it."

"There's no such thing as the best time but okay."

I just kept looking at him, until I couldn't take it anymore, I walked to him and hugged him, he hugged me back, then I pulled away, but he managed to grab my hand, he pulled me and he kissed me, it was five seconds long and we parted, I waved him goodbye and I left, I sat to a bench and teared up, I couldn't do anything already so I just sat there.

12:00PM

It was time for me to go at Mark's house, so I walked to his house, all I know is that I kept smiling as I see my surroundings.

Mark's POV

I went downstairs to find Jake smiling, I knew something good happened.

"Why are you smiling?" I asked,

"Nothing." He responded,

"What do you mean nothing?"

"I told you it's nothing."

"Jake, I can know if something happened."

"Okay, well Me and Hailey."

"You two did what?"

"We kissed."

"What? Really? You seem to be happy."

"Yeah, first she just hugged me so I kissed her, she kissed me back anyways."

I laughed and the doorbell rang, I opened it to find Hailey there.

"I think we should go now." She said,

Hailey's POV

I saw Jake was sitting at the table, Mark had to get his bag first, so I just looked at Jake, Jake waved at me, I waved back and smiled, Mark came out already and we left, we rode a taxi and Mark spoke to me.

"Are you sure this is a good plan?"

"I don't know, it's the only way we can meet him." I responded,

He nodded.

Later, the taxi stopped and we stepped out, we didn't really stopped right in the house, we had to walk to the house, then we finally saw it, the place where my nightmare begun.

"I'm back, Old House."
