Going back on time

I kept watching the woman who kept hating me, I don't even know why I was still watching it, I just wanted to know what she thinks about me, I thought to myself, What if I've never done that? What if I just let him go to prison instead of killing him? Would my life still be bad? Or good?, I was interrupted by my phone ringing, Mark was calling me.

"Hey, my niece had left already, we can travel already." Mark said,

"Alright, I'll be there." I said,

I hang up the phone and started to leave my Apartment, I went to Mark's house, I arrived to find Jake was still here.

"I thought he left already?" I asked,

"He did, but he came back." Mark responded,

"Sorry, but my boss just called me earlier, saying that he wanted the car already." Jake said,

"Well, is it okay if you fix it on your own?" Mark asked,

"Yeah."

Me and Mark went to the secret room already, I immediately went straight to the time machine, Mark wrote something before letting me type the date.

"July 22, 01:20PM"

I wore the mask again, and we both went in the portal.

We stood to where we just left the last time we traveled, we immediately hid behind a bench, I took a look at Claire's room, no one still came to the room, until we saw a spark, then Detective Marco went to the room along with Charlie, I kept looking at them until they saw us, we immediately went back to hiding on the bench

"Do you think they saw us?" Mark asked,

"Maybe." I responded,

I looked back to find Detective was talking to his phone, Charlie was holding the phone and the ball.

"I think we should hide somewhere but here." I said,

"Why?" Mark asked,

"Because myself is coming."

I searched a place to hide, then I found a tree.

"Mark, let's climb that tree and just hide until myself went to Claire's and we'll wait." I said,

"Alright." He said,

We climbed the tree, we stayed at the branch until I saw myself.

"There I am." I said,

"Let's climb down?" He asked,

"Yeah."

We started climbing down, we followed myself into the house, we didn't went in the house, we just stayed beside the door and listened, when the seventh voicemail played, I prepared myself.

"Okay, this is when the man comes." I said,

Suddenly, my foot slipped and I accidentally kicked the trash can, my eyes widened.

"Run." I said to Mark,

We started running and I heard Charlie shouted, I tried going back to the tree but Mark went to the backyard.

"No, let's... Whatever." I said,

I started going towards the backyard, we hid behind the house.

"Mark, we should go back." I said,

Mark tried digging in his pocket.

"Come on." Mark mumbled,

"What is it?" I asked,
