I saw one of the medics looked at them both confused, I saw that from Dave, the floor started to spread, The Medic's foot stepped on the red sand and he tried to run but he fully turned into a red sand, we all ran, I looked at the back to see that the sky also turned red, we got far and Mark and took out a timeball.
"You brought one." I said happily,
"I knew Dave was gonna travel time, so I brought it just incase." Mark said,
He clicked the red button twice vastly.
August 29, 08:30AM
We were back in the room, we all cheered until I saw that the portal was still open, I tried to disconnect the wire, until I saw behind the portal turned into red sand, I immediately went back to the others.
"Mark, the red sands got out." I said,
"Everybody, GET OUT!" Mark shouted,
We all ran outside, I looked back to see the stairs went into a red sand already, we went in Jake's car and drove away, we saw people starting to run away, we drove to Claire's house, we arrived to find that people were calm, we ran inside breathing heavily.
"What are we gonna do?" Steve asked,
"I'm thinking." Mark said,
"Well it's got to be someone who won't turn into a red sand." Amelia said,
I thought of someone until I saw them looking at me.
"It's you, Jane." Mark said,
"What?" I asked,
"You won't turn into a red sand."
"What? No way."
"No, you must sleep first, and if you're dreaming already, you go back to the old house and try to close that portal."
"But-"
"Jane, you're the only one who has the ability to travel anywhere while you sleep." Claire said,
"You can do this." Mark said,
"You're the only one who can stop these red sands, okay?" Claire said,
I took a sleeping pill, I also drank milk for me to sleep vastly, I lay in my bed and closed my eyes already, I started to feel myself sleeping until people outside started screaming, I saw from the distance that the sky turned red, I forced myself to sleep, I took a deep breath, I thought of a story in my mind which sometimes help me sleep, I thought about the story where I saw my mother put me in a bed and I saw colors beside us, It felt like magic, I heard Claire screamed, I felt the house shaking, I continued imagining, until Mark carried me, I still continued imagining, I felt the tiredness coming, I opened my eyes a little to find Mark turned into a red sand, I saw the red sand come into my bed, I closed my eyes.
I felt the red sand connect my feet.
