Cover and Title: 2/5
I don't love the cover. It's pretty, but it doesn't really hold the same sophistication of the writing. If it makes sense, people judge books by the cover, but it gives off the impression that the story might be a bit juvenile.
As with the cover, the title sets the tone for a story aimed at a far younger audience, with much less elegance than your story truly involves.

Blurb: 3.5/5
Good blurb, although it seemed more Tell-y, and didn't instantly grab attention. At one point in the blurb it says 'sister' when it should have been 'sisters'.

First Impressions: 3/5
Based on cover and title, I'd been expecting something similar to Disney. I love Disney! But when writers on this sight try to emulate it, it generally goes sour.
However, I was pleasantly surprised.
This is just a me thing, but I didn't love the quotes at the beginning. They work well, but since I don't like things before the chapter.
Your chapter titles were beautiful, and I like how each sister tells a each chapter through her point of view.
There was one line in the first chapter that stuck with me. It was something like "the best book end in tragedy"- or something like that. I loved that line!

First off- I apologize for spelling names wrong. They're very unique and beautiful, so I'm not used to them.
I wasn't really sold on the sisters. I like their unique personalities, but I wish they was more of an established relationship between the two. I know the blurb said there was nothing but hostility, but I'd have liked to see more of that. I'm also a strong proprietor of the sibling bond. Despite hostility, I'd have wanted to see some more tender moments between them. They're still family after all!
I loved all the Pirates! They were wonderful.
And Edan for some reason is a personal favorite of mine.

Grammar: 3.5/5
Over all, it was very good. Your writing was beautiful and poetic, but there were some punctuation and sentence flow issues. I won't point them out because I noticed someone already had in the comments.

Plot: 4/5
Let's face it... Rebellious princess syndrome has been written to death. So often I see run away princess or royals forced to take the crown. I want to see princesses who want to take on the responsibility, who love ruling and serving their people. For this, I might have given you a 3/5.
However, the world building you've put into this is fantastic! It's so cool to read about the religious and legends of fictitious world. 

Overall: 3.25/5 or 19.5/30
There's definitely potential here. I recommend this to anyone interested in a light hearted fantasy adventure with some strong heroines.
