It's just a me thing, but I don't like when there's a bunch of intro stuff before you get to the prologue. But the prologue itself was fantastic!

I loved every single one of them. Which was strange because not all of them were that nice.
I loved how Sophie had backbone. She didn't completely depend on Michael.
Michael was such a sweetie! Honestly, his entire personality was endearing. I want to know more about what exactly he is, or why he's so loyal to Sophie/how he found her. I hope there's a flash back in his point of view at some time.
Damien brought the creepy factors with his whole hell's jailor thing. Reading him was wonderful.
Dargon (sorry if that's spelled wrong. I've never seen that name before).... Where do I start with this guy? I started out absolutely hating him. And now? I still hate him, but I almost feel sorry for him.
Grammar: 5/5

Plot: 5/5
I went into it a bit with characters. Each of them is wonderful so the plot is propelled by such unique individuals. Damien might be my favorite just because he's so entertaining to read.
Overall: 4.58/5 or 27.5/30
