That night i ended up sleeping on the chair next to Damon. He asked me to stay near me and i am doing as i promised. I don't wanna lie to him or break a promise and have him not trust me after. Damon doesn't have anyone he can vent to besides me. 

I looked at Damon's sleeping face as i brought my hand to his forehead feeling it to make sure he wasn't over heating. Luckily he was just fine.

The door opened and Taylor smiled at me bringing in two trays with breakfast on them. "Still hasn't waken up?" I sighed and shook my head before looking at him.

"He will eventually don't worry hun. He's a alpha. He's built for way more then this." I smiled at her and she handed me a tray of food and put Damon's tray on the table beside him. "Vetra might come by. Just warning you." I nodded and she walked out.

"Is she gone?" Damon muttered and I looked at him my eyebrows knotting together in confusion. "Is she gone?" He mumbled again

"Ya?" He opened one eye and looked around before sitting up and stretching. "How long were you awake for?"

"I woke up when I heard the door open. I didn't want her to know I am awake because she was gonna try to give me shots and uh ya no." I chuckled a bit as he smiled at me. "I see you kept your promise."

I could feel my face tingle a bit as I nodded. "I promised I would be here. Its not like me to break promises." He smiled at me once more before reaching over and grabbing his tray of food and started eating.

Not long after the door opened and Vetra walked in. Her eyes were the same as her wolf's again which meant her wolf was in full control. "This fuck is this bitch doing here?" She growled and walked to me.

"I-I uh.." I stood up and was about to run out when Damon grabbed my hand and pulled me to his side protectively.

"I told her to stay here. Now get out Vetra." He commanded but she just stared at me with hateful eyes. "Now Vetra!" He demanded again this time using his alpha voice and she growled walking out.

"Thank you.." I muttered and he sighed nodding. I glanced over at him once more and noticed the look of regret on his face. He regretted telling her to go away. I frowned and reached over placing my hand on his.

He looked at me and I gave him a soft smile which he weakly returned. We sat there in silence for a bit until the door opened and Taylor walked in. "Ah your up finally. Alpha Damon let me see your arm." She walked towards the bed and Damon quickly hid under the blankets. 

"Can't still asleep." He mumbled and Taylor crossed her arms as she stared down at him. 

"Sage sit on him and pin him down." I chuckled a bit and sat on his legs as I grabbed his arms and pinned him down.

"Sageeee." Damon whined and tried to get free. I could tell he wasn't putting much effort in it but I didn't think much of it as Taylor finally put the needle into his arm.

"You can handle wolf bites, shifting, cuts, etcetera, but when it come to a little needle you're a baby?" Taylor giggled softly as she let go of Damon's arm. "You're free to go as you please alpha."
