Chapter 2: Elsa the Ice Queen

Jack's P.O.V
We all look at Anna after she asks if she could ask something crazy. Merida responds,“Well tell us!" Anna seems to look more enthusiastic as she asks us, "Do you guys want to come to my house?”. “But we barley know you." I quickly say. Rapunzel speaks and says, "That doesn't matter Jack! Let's go!" Looking around to us. Merida says yes, but Hiccup and I didn’t give answers. But after a short while of being given the 'puppy eyes' we forcefully agree, the bell soon rang. We all got up from the table. Hiccup and I have different periods for 5th and 6th so we were head different ways. Anna says, "Excuse me I'll be back I have to do something" I didn't care so I continued on my way, but then I hear Hiccup say, "Jack look." I turn around to see Anna speaking to the platinum blonde. I raise an eyebrow and ask the girl nearest me. "Do you know anything about that?" She responds with, "Not a clue." I just shrug and walk alone to my class. 5th period was loooong and boring. I could be ditching class right about now...but North would be angry if I did.I remind myself.  Finally 6th period arrived and I came late. "Jack Frost I presume" the teacher says as I enter. I stand near the entry way and rub the back of my neck. "Uh yeah I'm sorry" I say. "Sorry isn't going to fix this tardy! Just sit down next to..... Elsa." the teacher says. There were three empty seats all next to girls...and that one pale girl. ”Which one is Elsa?" All the class suddenly looks at me. The teacher asks, "Mr. Frost...Are you new?" I respond, "Yeah I'm from the transfer program."  'OH’s were heard all over the room. "Ms. Elsa is the girl at the back of the class nearest the window. I nod and head to the seat. So Elsa's the name of the Queen.  I finally sit down. I was restless in my seat. While Elsa was busy doing work I kept steeling glances unconsciously. What am I doing? And if anything why would Miss Popular notice an outcast like me. I look at Elsa again and this time she actually looks back at me which surprised me. But all I saw were dark blue cold eyes. It was a quick glance and then nothing for the rest of the class. Soon the bell rang to mark the end of the class and also the end of the first day of school. But before anyone could even stand up from there chair Elsa was already up and leaving. After she left the whole class shuffled up to leave. I met with Hiccup and he quickly said, "Guess what?" I say, "What?” "What are you guys talking about?" asked the now familiar blonde. Merida comes up from behind and says,“Probably thee Ice Queen, she is what everyone tulks abouut." Hiccup says, "Actually you're right we were talking about her… But I've only heard of her being the Queen, not the Ice Queen". I say, “Actually I believe them the Ice Queen is extremely fitting.” Merida says,” Ye have talked to her? Never mind thee question I've hurd she dunt tulk to anyone. They also say that when ye look at hur in thee eye she can freeze ye momentarily.” Merida laughs and continues. "But honestly I think-". "Hey guys what are you talking about". Anna comes out of nowhere and interrupts Merida. "We were just talking about the Ice Queen". I say. "....The Ice Queen....” Well that's weird. "What's wrong Anna" says Rapunzel. Anna simple shakes her head and says, "I just remembered I missed the bus! How will I get home?!” Merida was the first to speak up, "Ye can just come with meh, I've got a car so they'll be no problum. Anyone else wants a ride?”

We all arrived at Anna's house which was a two story house, a bit big. I drove my motorcycle to her house while, Rapunzel and Hiccup drove here on their cars. "Here is my humble home guys!” Anna says while twirling. This is humble? We enter her house. In the house it was adorned with pictures of Anna. Is she an only child? "Where's your parents?” Hiccup says. "I guess not here" she responds. We all looked at each other a bit awkward. At first we were all uncomfortable but after about a half hour we settled down. Suddenly we heard keys jingle and the door open. We all stood up expecting to see an adult.

Elsa's P.O.V 
Another school year I sigh heavily to myself. I've been in this school for three years but all of a sudden I see a whole lot of new faces. Oh right the transfer program. Everyone looked up to me, everyone knew my name but they all decided to call me 'Queen'. I guess it fit me. I had the best grades. But, I’ve never talked to them and probably to them I act stuck up. Everyone always swarms me but no one ever gets close to me...they look up to me; I repeat myself. They really did treat me like a queen. I didn't like it but I also didn't hate it. Them being that way left me room to study. After all no one knew the real definition of my name...
The whole day passed in a blur.
Soon it was time for lunch. Like always I sat alone with eyes always wandering to me as I sit in the cafeteria. But every now and then I look up. This time I looked up to look for Anna. I finally spotted her in a group. I forced myself not to smile. She was always good at making friends. Too early the bell rang, and I picked up my stuff to go. "Elsa!” I heard the only teenager in school wild enough to call me out using my first name. I turned to give her my attention. Behind us people were making a ruckus of disbelief. "Why is she calling the queen by her first name?!" 'Who does she think she is?!" She's my sister. Anna tried to talk past the people. "So  ...Elsa...people....come...house." I couldn't quite hear what she was saying behind the ruckus that was behind me. So thinking of no other way to hush them I swept my hand out. Instantly they became quiet. Anna was surprised. I hate doing this but I desperatelywanted to hear what Anna was asking. "I um...never mind! See you at home!” she quickly said as she ran off. I sighed. Who would want to hang out with me? I scared them off with my obedient 'minions'. I trudged along to 5th. I was in class before many student. I recognize one guy that was having lunch with Anna come into the room. He had auburn hair and stood over 6'1. He looked right at me and I quickly turned .I'm pretty sure he didn't see me. That class period ended normally. I set off to my sixth period. My final period. As I walked by people muttered. "The queen" and the now common one, 'The Ice Queen'. I headed to sixth and as usual I was early as people walked in they said the usual, the queen, RotBTFD High’s own, Ice queen, and from some people I had to interact for, for some projects, Miss Arendelle. Soon the class filled up. The bell rang and instantly the teacher began to call roll. Suddenly a boy came in looking slightly out of breathe. "Jack Frost I presume" the teacher says. He rub the back of his neck. "Uh yeah I'm sorry" he says. "Sorry isn't going to fix this tardy young man! Just sit down next to..... Elsa. "The class erupted in a quiet frenzy. The boy seemed lost “Which one is Elsa?" All the class looks shocked. The teacher then asks, "Mr. Frost...Are you new?" He responds, "Yeah I'm from the transfer program." OH’s were heard. He headed to the seat next to me and sat. All through the class I could feel his eyes on me little by little while I tried to do my work. After a while I gave up trying to do my work and looked at him while he was spacing out. He was...good looking he looked about 5’10 with white hair and startling blue eyes that were lighter than mine his skin was as pale as mine and despite his rough exterior he seemed sad. And then I recognized him, He's one of the guys Anna was eating lunch with and here I am practically checking him out! I realized a little too late he was looking my way and we made eye contact. It was only a split second and I looked away. I didn't dare turn my head for what was left of the entire class period. With only a minute left of class I quietly packed my stuff and as it rang I quickly got up and left. As soon as I was out I left to wait at the bus stop.

Where's Anna?! The bus had already left 15 minutes ago! *gasp* what if something happened to her. I quickly reach for my pockets. Oh no I forgot my phone at home. The one time I actually need it I forgot it at home. I got up from the bus bench and ran home. It took more than 25 minutes to reach my house all while I was running. As soon as I saw my house in the distance I began to jog not even checking my surroundings. As I reached the porch I scrambled in my bag to get my keys. As I pulled them out I jammed them in the keyhole and turned the knob to enter. I speed walked to the living room seeing Anna. Thank Goodness! I went up to her and hugged her letting my relief get the best of me, "I'm so glad you're safe Anna I was worried sick when you didn't show up at the bustop! Are you unhurt? How did you get home? Did our parents pick you up?" .As I finish my questions I stop embracing Anna and pull her away still leaving my hands on each of her shoulder. But before she could answer my question I realized we weren't alone. There in our living room were the exact same people she was with during lunch. I heard them all whisper, "The Ice Queen.” I looked down and bite my lip, "Didn't know you had company... I'm going to my room". I said as I turn to leave. Suddenly a small hands grabs my arm gently. “Let me introduce you to my new friends". I widen my eyes as I ask quietly so only Anna could hear, "You only met them today? And you already brought them to our house?" She gave me a hard look and I let it pass. They all seemed friendly enough. "This is Rapunzel Corona, Merida DunBroch, Horrendous Haddock the 3rd; but we refer to him as Hiccup, and Jack Frost." She said as she pointed to each of them. Then she pointed to me. "She's not an ice queen, she's my sister. Elsa Arendelle."
