Chapter 14: Drifter

"Well, aren't you going to congratulate us?" Pitch asks them with a smile. I don't like the idea of him rubbing our relationship in their faces, I begin to bite my lip as I always do when I'm nervous.

Suddenly Jack jumps up from the couch and rams Pitch into the nearest wall. I gasp loudly, "Jack stop!" was the only thing that escaped my lips. Jack didn't listen to me, he just kept glaring at Pitch as he pinned him more to the wall. "Jack you wouldn't want to make my girlfriend cry now would you?" Pitch asks, nodding his head over to me.

Jack didn't look over at me but he did slowly let go of Pitch. "Now that's a good Jack." Pitch says fixing the collar of his t-shirt. "Elsa I'm sorry, but, I think it’s better if we leave." Hiccup says getting up from the couch. Neither of them dared to even steal a glance of me as they walked away. The trickles of pain in my heart began again I don't say anything as I watch them completely leave.

"Aw Elsa don't tell me, you have a crush on one of them?" Pitch asks. I look at him dumbfounded. “What..." I ask. "That would be the only explanation for your facial expression." I shake my head... I barely know them... But before I could ponder for too long Pitch suddenly grabs me into an uncomfortably tight hug. "Well it doesn't matter anyways because you are now mine." Pitch says almost nicely...

"You guys are dating?!" Anna voice blares out of nowhere. Without letting me go I feel Pitch bobbing his head as a yes. "Omg, Elsa your first boyfriend! Why didn't you tell me?!" Anna says sounding completely enthusiastic. But, Pitch was hugging me too tightly, I couldn't respond to her. "Oh...right we aren't close..." Anna says now sounding completely disappointed. I desperately wanted to tell her everything...but as always...my silence is only to protect her from me...

"Anna don't be so sad your sister didn't tell you, it was supposed to be a secret!" Pitch exclaims. "A secret?" Anna asks. "Yes, I didn't want anyone to know until I made a big reveal at school on Monday, but I guess I have messed up. Those two were bothering me so I told them ahead of time and also you overhearing" Pitch explains, I could feel his head slightly shake.

 "Oh I see... Well I'm going out..." Anna says. Lately she had been going out a lot. In a matter of seconds the door opened and closed. Finally Pitch let go of me. "Okay, so the details?" I ask looking up at Pitch as I regained my footing. "Straight to the point, I see." He says. "First of all, I'd like to applaud you for giving us an alibi." He says giving me a short round of applause. "Second you must remember that you now belong to me." with that Pitch grabs me forcefully by my arm, instantly turning it black.

 "Third of all, you must act like you are in love with me." He says intensely looking at me. "What if I mess up?" I ask as my clothes continue to turn black. "If you mess up I'll tell everyone your secret and then everyone will see you like the monster you have always been." Pitch says menacingly. I flinch at his words...cruel but true.

 "How are you going to announce our going out?" I ask averting my eyes. "Elsa Arendelle going out with Pitch Blake the senior and complete opposite. Elsa the platinum blonde going out with a pitch black hair guy. Elsa the queen going out with a new king. Any of those will sound nice don't you think." He says grabbing my face with his other hand forcing me to look at him. I purse my lips and nod.
