Chapter 29: Explanation

Wednesday; 5th week of school

"Anna..." I mumble as the strawberry blonde appeared right in front of us. Her face seemed angry, of course it would be, we were talking about her.

"So, you're Elsa's sister, huh.", Flynn says, instantly stepping out and in front of me. "Flynn, what are you doi-"

He cut me off, shushing me. "Don't worry I got this." He said winking at me. What the hell does he think he's doing?

Anna flinched at the stranger but her face quickly became enraged. I should stop this...

"Who the hell are you?" She asked backing away defensively. Flynn just chuckled. Is he trying to ease the mood?

"Listen, here 'Anna'. You don't know me. But, I know you."

"Elsa's...friend?" Anna asked ignoring his remark as her face momentarily returned to normal. But that didn't last for long.

Her face contorted again, "Another one? I've never even heard of you!" She said. "Yeah, well I'm fairly new...." He said pleasantly, pausing momentarily. "...Wait, from your expression don't tell me... You're jealous?" He asked smiling wider.

Anna's face flinched, "What do you know, super senior?!" She yelled.

This somehow ticked off Flynn causing his jaw to tighten "Hey, watch it strawberry. May I remind you, you don't know anything about me, or what I'm capable of." His voice became threatening.

Anna didn't seem to falter under his now thick and dark aura, "Shut it. Why are you even talking to me, who are you and what gives YOU the right to talk to ME." She asked venomously. "Don't make me angry...." Flynn flatly said.

"What? Do you have anger issues, or something?" She retorted, smiling.

He was angry this time for sure, he quickly raised his hand to Anna, ready at any moment to hit her.

But before i could do anything he was stopped by... Elsa.

"What do you think you're doing?!" Her voice ranged out flatly, echoing in the now silent hall.

"Elsa..." Anna breathed out her face going blank as she looked at her sister.

"Flynn. Answer me, what are you doing?" Elsa asked her voice and face having an edge I had never seen on her before.

This, not only shocked me, but Flynn too, including Anna. There was such power in her voice, truly like an ice queen.

"Answer me." She said. "E-elsa." He simply stuttered.

"You raised a hand to MY sister..." Elsa huffed her voice darkening. She stared at him, her eyes cold and distant.

Much to my own surprise Flynn looked scared shirtless. "I-im so sorry!" He said racing out from the hallway, removing any trace of anything ominous he was seething a few seconds ago.

Elsa sighed and then looked at me, her face only slightly less angered. "Jack, can I talk to my sister, ALONE?" She asked.

"Are you sure?" I asked my voice stronger than I thought it would be.

"Trust me. I'll be okay." She said her face turning to its old stoic stare.

I left them alone, they surely had a lot to talk about.

Elsa stared at me without saying anything, her face was a mixture of sadness...and disappointment.
