"Now show me what you can do." Athora ordered.

I looked at her with a worried expression. "Well I just recently figured out that I can shoot a huge ball of energy from my hands. Which I only seem to trigger when I'm at the peak of my emotions. I would show you but I don't think I am able."

"It's alright. But that is your Iotam. Newborns have trouble controlling it because it is too powerful for their little bodies. For children, Iotam comes from all around them. It encases their whole body and just explodes. Everyone outside of the Iotam can be killed if they are not trained on how to stop it. However, because you are not a small child you should have a slightly better control of your Iotam.-"

"-It only comes out of her hands." Eric interrupted.

"Does it only happen when I'm emotional?" I asked.

"That is where your childlike magic happens. Children are only able to channel it when they are highly emotional. Luckily, you have age on your side, so all we have to do, is train you to control it. If you don't my dear, it can do loads of damage to your possesions and people."

My heart dropped. Just the thought of hurting anyone with my magic scared me. Especially since Harry and Peter aren't of magic so they wouldn't be able to stop it. It horrified me knowing how many fights and heated arguments Harry and I got into. If I didn't figure this out now, I could've killed him.

"However, it'll take a great deal of time learning how to control your Iotam." Athora said.

"But is that it? Since you've known the only form of magic you've encountered was your Iotam?" Eric asked with a cocked eyebrow.

I knew there were more that I've encountered. It just took me a second to think of them all. "I've changed form before. Actually the day I learned I was a witch I learned to change."

"That is called Formevo. Trust me dear, you learn the names to these tricks and you'll be better off." She laughed.

"Also, on accident I sort of threw Peter off of the bed without touching him.."

"Motovūer." Eric answered with a smirk.

"Yes, Eric was quite fond of that one. Did his chores with that spell." Athora said rolling her eyes.

He laughed in pleasure.

"Eric, why don't you take Elle out and teach her what you know. I reckon my skills aren't as good as they were when I taught you." Athora suggested.

"You want us to go out there?" I asked confused. She was so secretive about magic, that I was suprised she suggested we make our way out there.

"No, of course not. Not anywhere near here anyway." She said. "Take her to the place I took you when you were a lad." She ordered.

Eric nodded. "C'mon Elle. We have a little bit of walking to do."

---

"So what have you been doing before you found out about your power?" Eric asked as we walked through a forest.

"Getting into trouble mostly. My parents didn't leave me a lot of money so I had to find a way to get it on my own.."

"Did you get a job?"

"No, I didn't know how to get one." I explained.

"Then what did you do?"

"I did what I could. Which was practically nothing. But I found ways to get what I needed."

"So you're a theif?" He laughed.

"I guess you can say that. However I like to think of it as a 'survivour'." I smiled.
