{Elle's POV}
I followed Harry outside away from the cottage. I had no interest in speaking with him, or anyone else for that matter. I've done enough talking for one day and I need my rest. He led me far from the cottage.
"Elle I-" He started to say calmly.
"Harry, please. I've had a long day, I don't want to talk."
His calm expression turned into a confused frown. "So you can spend all day with Eric but you can't take a moment out of your night for me?"
"Don't be that way." I said restlessly. "This has nothing to do with Eric and you know that."
"How can I be for certain?" He asked crossing his arms. "Right after we got into our fight, you went running off with him!"
"So he can teach me how to control my magic! All for the reason that I don't hurt anyone! I already explained this to you Harry. I'm going back to the cottage..."
I started to walk away, but still paid attention to what he had to say.
"You didn't have to go with him! Especially at that moment! You hadn't hurt any of us with your magic! You could've returned to the cottage with Peter and I. You were probably just cuddled in each other's arms crying over your dead parents!" He shouted.
I turned round, unbelieving of the words that just came out of his mouth. "How dare you! I don't even know him! And even if we were cuddling in each other's arms, it was all due to your monstrous father! I am so sorry prince charming, that I found the one person who understands even the slightest bit of how I feel! I apologise for trying to get to know a little bit more about my parents and even myself! You've had a glorious life! But Eric and I, we've had to live our lives parentless! We've had to hide ourselves from this land because we weren't accepted in the one and only place we knew!"
"Elle I'm sorry. I didn't mea-"
"I thought you were different! I thought you'd be the one to change it all! But now I see you're just like him..." It was at this point I didn't care what words came out of my mouth. "...I should've never made that deal with you."
I left him there, speechless and standing alone in the dark night.
I didn't run for the cottage, I had no interest in seeing Harry after that. Instead I ran passed it, and into the other side of the woods. Anger coursed through my body. Harry made everything so much harder. The stress I was under only grew knowing that we haven't resolved our problem. I don't want to be angry with him, but he just doesn't understand. He'll never understand my struggle. He'll never understand the pain that I've endured throughout my life.
{Harry's POV}
I messed up. I planned to work things out with her, not make things worse. I couldn't believe I could say something like that to her. I knew how it felt to lose a loved one, why would I mock her about hers? I was just so angry that I didn't think about it.
What was I going to do? I can't run after her? I can't go back to the cottage and tell Peter what I had done, he would hate me. He made one request and I couldn't even fufill that.
"Tsk, tsk, tsk.." I heard behind me. I shot around and came into eye contact with the lady from earlier. The moonlight shone bright on her fair skin. Her piercing green eyes glowed, giving her a supernatural look. "I must say that was hard to watch.."
Something about her presence felt wrong. She seemed mysterious and dark, quite the opposite of when I first laid eyes on her. I then remembered that she was the one who told Elle to kill my father. "I'm sorry but I mustn't speak with you."
