Based off the song from the video above! Enjoy! Some Tony & Peter fluff. :)
"I'm sorry Mr. Stark. I'm-I'm sorry I can't protect people like you can, I'm sorry I can't be perfect, i.." Tony cut Peter off before he could go any farther, as tears leaked from Peter's eyes, falling down his cheeks.
"Hey, hey. You have nothing to be sorry for, Pete. Now what's this all about?" Tony put a hand on Peters shoulder as the boy looked down at the floor in shame. It took a moment for him to answer but he got it out.
"I dropped someone. From a building. She jumped and I...I couldn't catch her in time." New tears dropped down onto Peters leg. "She's dead." He was still wearing his suit and it felt tight on his skin. He hadn't bothered to pull it off before collapsing in Tony's arms in defeat. He wanted it off now that he was paying attention. He shook Tony's hand from his shoulder, before trying to get the suit off. Unsuccessful, he started to claw at his arms and legs, forgetting about his super strength, as he started to tear the thick fabric.
"Hey kid, calm down. Breathe." Tony's voice sounded in his ears as he continued fidgeting. Tony grabbed Peter's hands, rubbing his thumbs over the kid's palms. It seemed to calm the kid down a bit, but Peter was still panicked. He looked really shaken, hair hanging in front of his eyes, slightly trembling at the memory of what happened less than an hour ago. Tony hated seeing Peter like this; hated that he had ever pulled the kid into this in the first place.
Stop it Tony. Help the kid first, think later. He pushed the thoughts to the back of his mind and helped Peter stand.
"Kid," Tony said as he lead Peter to one of the many guest rooms, "go take a shower, get the suit off and get some rest. You've had a rough day." Peter nodded weakly as he stumbled along the corridors to the first guest room he saw. He opened the door, slugging in and closing the door, as Tony walked back down the hall. Peter was shaking more than before and he turned on the water, before stripping off his clothes and stepping in. The water was scalding but he didn't care. He stood under the water for who knows how long, until it turned cold. He got out and grabbed a towel on the rack by the mirror, making sure to keep his eyes away from his reflection as he walked out of the steaming bathroom.
There was a set of clothes on the bed, probably Tony's doing. Peter pulled them on before crawling into the bed, burrowing under the covers. He lay there, trying to fall asleep but every time he blinked, every time he closed his eyes he could see the girl he'd killed. Tears fell from his eyes again, as he clutched one of the many pillows to him. Soon, chest racking sobs and hiccups were escaping his lips. He laid their with nothing but his memories of the girl he couldn't save.

"FRIDAY? Bring up Peter's room cam." Tony requested as he sat at his large computer. The live video came up and his heart broke at what he saw. Peter was sobbing into his pillow, tears pouring down his face, chest heaving.
God, this wasn't right. This wasn't supposed to happen to Peter; he didn't deserve this guilt on his shoulders. If anything it should be Tony's fault for putting the kid into this mess. Tony stood, not being able to watch the video any longer. He walked down to Peter's room, knocking on the door. He received a weak "come in."
~
Peter wiped his eyes quickly, and sat up knowing it wouldn't help mask his crying from Tony. He watched as the older man came in the room, trying to hide the pity he felt. It made Peter sad, knowing he had disappointed his mentor, his idol. He turned away from Tony, looking down at his lap, lightly suppressing his tears.
"Hey, kid. You okay?" Peter nodded as they threatened to spill down his face. Tony came and sat on the end of the bed. "If you need anything I'm here."
With that, Peter broke. He leapt into Tony's arms, clutching onto him like a lifeline. The tears he'd tried so hard to suppress fell and soaked Tony's suit, as his nose became a runny mess. He shook as he buried his head into Tony's shoulder. Tony just held him, rubbing his hand over Peter's back, as he listened to the sounds the broken teen was making.
How would the kid come back from this? He held Peter for the longest time, until he fell asleep on Tony's shoulder.
Please let me know if you'd like a part two of this! I was thinking I would continue it anyway, but let me know. ❤️
