Hannah followed Rebekah and Freya along the corridor. She gasped as she saw the decorations for the party. Lights and ribbons were strung from all four walls of the courtyard. The ivy growing on the walls was platted with lanterns containing strings of fairy lights. Hannah could hear the booming noise of music and chatter from below. As she approached the top of the stairs she paused as all the voices silenced. She looked up and saw that every eye in the room was on her.

She breathed deeply, then smiled as she slowly descended the staircase. As she reached the bottom Klaus stepped forward, champagne glass in hand, and raised it gaining everyones attention.

"Welcome everyone!" He began, a wide smile plastered on his face. "For twelve long years, our family has searched for her. now finally she has returned to us." He paused and raised his glass. In turn the crowd did the same. "To Hannah Mikaelson."

"Hannah Mikaelson." The crowd echoed in unison.

"Come here." Klaus gestured for her to follow him as the chatter started up again. "There's a few people I'd like you to meet." He stopped a waiter and grabbed a glass of champagne and handed it to Hannah, "For the nerves" he whispered. Hannah smiled, at least someone understood what she was feeling right now.

"Kol!" Klaus caught sight of him dancing with a very beautiful woman with dark brown hair, in a long navy blue dress. Kol, having seen Hannah and Klaus stopped dancing to smile at them.

"Hannah, this is Davina, my wife." He smiled proudly looking at his wife in awe. Davina blushed and smiled back before also smiling at Hannah.

"Nice to meet you, you look absolutely stunning tonight." She added. Before Hannah could reply Klaus grabbed her arm and whisked her away.

"Come now, there are plenty more people for you to meet."  Hannah took a swig of her drink. This was going to be a long night. Klaus took her towards Rebekah who was standing talking with a handsome man with dark skin, and twinkling brown eyes.

"Evening Marcellus." Klaus nodded at the man.

"Klaus." The man replied. He looked down at Hannah and smiled. "So you must be the newest Mikaelson member, they just seem to keep growing don't they?" He laughed. "I'm Marcel, Rebekah's husband. Long ago I was raised by Klaus but thats a story for another time." He finished as he glanced across the room as he saw another man, and called him over. "This is Vincent, Regent of the New Orleans witches."

"Hi." Vincent looked worried as he approached them. "Not trying to ruin the mood of the party or anything, but theres a woman over there who was clearly not invited." He notioned to a woman in a black dress standing by one of the pillars, scanning the crowd. Klaus frowned as he looked at her.

"Be right back, don't go anywhere." And with that, Klaus, Rebekah, Marcel and Vincent all went over towards her and Hannah was left by herself.

"Nice party." Hannah jumped. She turned around and saw a man who she didn't recognise standing behind her. The smirk on his face gave her chills. He did not seem friendly at all. He sighed, "Too bad that it has to end so abruptly." His hand was over her mouth before she could scream for help. She tried to push him away but he was too strong and all attempts failed. Panic surged through her body wildly. She could her Klaus calling her name, but she couldn't reply.

Tears were streaming down her face as she felt a familiar blue wind appear behind her. The last thing she saw was Klaus pushing his way through the crowd towards her. But it was too late as she was consumed by darkness once more.

*******

"Where is she?!" Elijah bellowed at Klaus. The courtyard had cleared out and was now a tip, with smashed glasses and fallen ribbons from where the crowd abruptly left after Hannah was taken.

"For the hundreth time I DON'T KNOW!" Klaus' voice was enraged in anger as he stared at his brother. "Maybe if you'd sorted out the security better this wouldn't have happened."

"Stop talking, both of you, this isn't going to help her is it?" Hayley pulled her fingers through her hair. "I don't get how this could have happened, there were boundary spells placed around the house preventing portals from forming." She paused and looked at Klaus. "Tell me exactly what happened to my daughter."

Klaus explained what happened at looked to the floor solemnly, "It's all my fault. I shouldn't have let her out of my sight."

"It doesn't matter whose fault it is." Rebekah spoke up for the first time since the incident. "She's gone and we need to focus on finding her."

"Freya and Hope are already working on a tracking spell, she dropped her necklace before she left so we'll start there." Hazel piped up. Hayley, having been barely able to keep it together finally breaks down.

"I've lost her once, I can't do it again." She cried falling to her knees. Elijah picked her up into a warm embrace. Stroking her hair as he comforted her.

"Screw this." Kol said frustratingly. "We're not going to find her sitting around moping like idiots, I'm going out with Davina to search the city." Before anyone could stop him he stormed out of the house, Davina in hand. Rebekah moved to follow him but was stopped by Freya.

"Don't bother." She said walking into the room. "We did the locator spell I know where she is." She breathed.

"Where?" Asked Klaus.

"Thats the thing," She started. "She's still here." Everyone stared at her in disbelief.

"Of course she's not here what the hell are you talking about? Be careful sister." Klaus spoke warningly. Freya took a deep breath before continuing.

"The reason we could never find her before was because she blocks herself from being tracked by bouncing the signal of someone else."

"Who?" Elijah looked up.

"Me." Hazel replied in realisation. Everyone looked at her and she shivered uncomfortably.

"And this helps us how?" Rebekah asked.

"The spell works two ways. She can still be found but only by the person who the spell is bound to." Freya looked at Hazel. "There is a bond between you two, it was created a long time ago. We couldn't access it before as she had no knowledge of your existence, but now. Now we may be able to manipulate it to find her."

"Do it." Freya walked up to Hazel and began chanting, she placed her hands on either side of her head. Hazel began to scream as a sharp agonising pain pierced her mind. Hayley tried to move forward but Elijah stopped her. Suddenly the screaming stopped and Freya removed her hands and stopped chanting.

"I know where she is."
