"Now, two of our grade 11 girls, Y/N and Gwen, performing a song written by Y/N!" Kevin announced. We both walked onto the stage, to the microphone stands. "Tell us a bit about your song! And I love your new hair!"

"Oh, um, ok thanks. Well, I wrote it. Obviously."

"Dedicated to anyone? About anyone?" he asked.

I looked into the crowd, and saw Peter sitting back at the table with Ned and Michelle.

I smiled, and he smiled back at me.

"Yes."

The crowd 'oooooed'.

"Well, good luck. Welcome these two lovely ladies, performing Nervous!"

(A/N): Nervous, the song by Shawn Mendes. I didn't feel like writing an actual piece of shit song, so let's just pretend Shawn doesn't exist in this book.

"I saw you on a Sunday in a café. And all you did was look my way. And my heart started to race. And my hands started to shake, yeah. I heard you asked about me through a friend. My adrenaline kicked in. 'Cause I've been askin' 'bout you too. And now we're out here in this room," Gwen sang that part.

"I get a little bit nervous, around you. Get a little bit stressed out, when I think about you. Get a little excited. Baby, when I think about you, yeah. Talk a little too much around you. Get a little self-conscious when I think about you. Get a little excited. Baby, when I think about you, yeah. Yeah, when I think about you, babe."

Gwen sang the next verse, and people were really getting into it.

They were dancing, and clapping.

Soon it was my turn to sing the bridge. I'd better not mess up the high note.

"You got me acting like I've never done this before. I promise I'll be ready when I walk through the door. And I don't know why. No, I don't know why. Yeah."

Nailed it.

-Peter's POV-

I stood up, clapping.

That was fucking amazing.

And, I think I know who that song is about...

"Alright!" Kevin exclaimed. "Let's give it up for Gwen Stacy, and Y/N Romanoff!"

She was smiling, but as soon as she heard her name, her face fell.

I saw her eyes flicker over to Flash, who was in the front. I saw him smirk at her out of the corner of my eye, and her gaze met mine.

"Actually," She started.

I think I know where this is going, and it should not be going there.

"My name Is Y/N Stark," she looked straight into my eyes. "And I'm Tony Stark's daughter."

She walked off the stage, leaving everyone in the room speechless.

I ran out of the gym, after her.

"Y/N!" I called.

She was standing in the hallway, pacing and biting her lip.

"Look, I'm sorry if I just screwed everything up, but I can't keep hiding."

"You didn't, but your dad is probably going to be pissed."

"Yeah, I know. Jesus, Pete, what did I just do?"

"Hey, It's ok. Let's head back to Stark tower and figure this out, ok?"

"Ok, yeah."

She pulled me in for a short hug, and I kissed her head, running my hands through her hair.

"Everything's going to be fine."

~~~
"What were you thinking? Were you thinking?" Mr Stark yelled, rubbing his chin.
"Sorry," Y/N mumbled, head in her hands.
"It, its fine. They were going to know sooner or later, right?"
"I guess."
"Go to bed, kids. We'll talk tomorrow. I'll contact the media and everything and let them know what's going on."
"Night, dad.
"Bye Mr Stark."
We walked to our rooms, when she pulled me in hers.
"Can we talk?" She asked, shutting the door behind her.
"O-oh, ok, yeah. What's up?"
"This won't affect anything, right? Our relationship?"
"No, no of course not."
"Ok, good. I know on Monday people are probably going to be looking at me funny and shit."
"Yeah, but whatever. Just ignore them. You have Ned, Michelle, and me."
"Thanks, Pete," I pulled him into a hug.
"It's getting late. I'll see you tomorrow?" He let go of me, and went towards the door.
"Yeah, see you," I bit my lip, running my fingers through my hair. And remember, we have that dumb press conference thing at noon."
"Yup. Goodnight, Y/N/N."
"Goodnight, Pete."
"And your song tonight?" He asked quickly, leaning against the doorframe.
"W-what about it?" I blushed.
"That's one lucky guy," He smirked.
I shut the door behind him, then jumped on my bed.
Finally.
I touched my lips again, trying to remember the kiss again.
I peeled off my dress, but on a sports bra, underwear, and one of Peter's shirt's that went down to my mid-thigh, and went to sleep happy.
