Luke:You were sitting in your assigned aeroplane seat, with your earphones in, just waiting for the plane to take off. You had your eyes closed and were just listening to the music that was blasting. You felt something roll over your foot and looked to see a tall, lanky, very broad shouldered boy who was regaining his balance. He must have tripped over your foot. Oh dear God, good one.
'I am really, really sorry.' You said before the boy turns around so you can see his face. He has the bluest eyes you have ever seen. He has blonde hair, hiding under a SnapBack and a lip ring. Just looking at him gave you goosebumps. As soon as he showed his smile though, you were put at ease. 'Its fine, really, I'm just clumsy I guess.' He said twiddling his thumbs. Maybe he was nervous too?
'No, it's fine, I really shouldn't have had my foot hanging out on the aisle in a crowded plane.' You said in a tiny bit sarcastic tone. You didn't want the cute stranger to think you were being rude.
'I'm the one who should really watch where they are going, really, don't worry at all, you're fine.' He smiled and turned around to go to his seat but you weren't quite ready for the conversation to be over yet. 'Wait! To make it up to you I can buy you a coffee or a drink?' you said to him offering him the most appealing thing on this plane. There is no way you would offer food, you don't really want to give the cute stranger you want to get to know food poisoning.
He raises his eyebrow and gives you the most beautiful smile with the most beautiful set of straight teeth you have ever seen. 'On a date, isn't it usually the guy buying the coffee?' He said, still twiddling his thumbs and blushing. Wait, date?
'Considering aeroplane dates are so common, I think the girl buying the coffee would be a nice change.' You said with a smirk on your face. Well, you were flirting now, which was good.
'Okay, deal, but as soon as we get off this plane I get to take your out for dinner.' He said as he sat in the seat next to you. 'Yeah, deal.' You said, shaking hands with him while you both gave eachother smiles.Calum:
You were sitting in the most uncomfortable aeroplane you had ever been on. The seats were squashed, there was no tv, the hand-rests were too low and to top it all off, you had forgotten your headphones. This was going to be terribly boring. Well, at least you had the window view.
The window view didn't matter though because sitting next to you was one of the cutest boys you had ever seen. Brown puppy dog eyes, fluffy brown hair, a jawline that could cut you. Wow. WOW. and the little tattoo peeking out of his singlet top...
'Isn't this plane shit?' wait...the boy spoke. You had to do a double-take to make sure he was talking to you. 'Yepp, sure is.' you said with a nervous giggle at the end. Just looking at him made you get goosebumps. He was WAY out of your league.
'Like seriously, no tv, not even a radio...' He just kept talking. He was definitely bored. 'Yeah, I know right and I forgot my headphones at home.' You said tucking your knees up to your chest. This plane was way too squashy and your right leg was touching his. It made you way too nervous.
'That sucks! Well if you want you can share with me, but I can't guarantee you'll like my music.' He said doing this cute pout, smirk thing. Wow, he managed to look good doing everything. 'Try me.' You said, giggling. He was really easy to talk to and that settled your nerves. He got his earphones and phone out of his pocket and handed you the phone to look through his music library. 'All Time Low, You Me At Six, Sleeping With Sirens, The 1975, Mayday Parade...I'm really impressed?' You said trailing off at the end of your sentence. You still didn't know his name.
'Calum. And you are?' You told him your name and you shared earphones for the rest of the trip.Ashton:
You were putting your suitcase in the cupboard on top of your aeroplane seat. You were on your way to visit distant family in Europe and in the meantime you were going to do some travelling. Which is why you had to brought so many suitcases. Who knows how much shopping you'll be able to squeeze in?
One of your bags was really, really heavy though. A whole suitcase full of shoes was probably a bad idea. You were trying to reach it over your head when a mysterious set of arms came up from behind you and lifted the suitcase into the cupboard with ease. 'Oh wow, thankyou.' You said to the stranger before turning around to get a look at his face. Wow. He was really cute, with dimples and his smile was so genuine. You were basically nose to nose because you were in the middle of the aisle.
'This is a pretty intimate position for two people who only met about 10 seconds ago.' He said, the smile never leaving his face.
'Well, technically we haven't actually met yet...' You said, flirting back with him. He giggled and his nose scrunched up and it was officially the cutest thing you had seen in your life. 'I'm Ashton', he said holding his hand out for you to shake. You shook it and he held onto your hand for a second longer than he had to and you guys made eye contact for a good few seconds. You heard a grunt come from behind you. You turned around to see this little old man giving you the death stare. Looks like you and Ashton were blocking peoples way. You looked at Ashton and slid into the seat next to you to let the man through.
'What are you doing after you get off this plane?' He said. The sunlight was coming through from the corner of the window so he had to bring his hand up to his face to shield the light from glaring his eyes. You told him you were doing nothing and you organized a coffee date. This trip was going to be more fun than you thought.Michael:
You were trying to digest the shocking aeroplane food...what even was it...mashed potatoes...rice pudding? Ew, no way this shit was edible. You pushed the plate away in disgust. Just looking at it made you want to throw up. You were starving though. Your stomach gave off a loud growl.
'If you want, I managed to sneak in some sour patch kids, if you want some. I swear I didn't buy it off the plane.' You looked at the generous boy who had offered you his food. He had a cute nose, with puffy cheeks, purple patches all over his hair and stubble. Yepp, he was definitely cute. 'Aw, thanks, but I wouldn't want to take your food away from you, we still have 13 more hours on this plane.' You said, turning away.
'I have a few more packets actually, so I won't be running out anytime soon. Here.' He handed you a full packet. Your stomach growled in response. 'Yeah, you should definitely take them.' he said while giggling.
'Well, thankyou so much, I will have to give you something in return.' you said to him opening the packet and taking one of the small lollies. The sourness enticed your taste buds and your stomach finally had a drop of food in it again.
'Just your number would be fine.' You choked on your sour patch kid. The way the boy said the line with such confidence, wow, you were impressed.
'I'm taking I can't have your number then?' He said while laughing and giving you his water bottle. 'Now I've given you my water bottle, and my sour patch kids. I definitely get your number now.' He said with a smirk. You guys both laughed until you got out a pen and wrote your number on his arm. 'I don't even know your name.' you said to the stranger who now had your phone number. 'Michael. Nice to meet you Y/N.' You shook hands but then it hit you. 'Wait, how do you know my name?' you said looking at him with your eyebrows raised. 'It says it on your bag.' He said pointing to the place where the label on your bag was. 'Oh right. Well it's pleased to meet you too.' you said to him as you both exchanged smiles.
