I never expected to hear what I heard last night. I was hanging out with my best friend Ponyboy at the Dingo when one of our close buddies walked in.
"Hey Dal!" Pony yelled, I rolled my eyes and got up. Dally took my seat without thinking and started to slurp my Pepsi.
"Hey Pony!" He said in between slurps. I cleared my throat and he looked up at me.
"Hey Y/N..." He said awkwardly. I sighed and started to walk out the door.
"Y/N wait!" He yelled after me "please! Can we talk?" I was already halfway across the room before he caught up to me. Pony was too into his Pepsi to notice us.
"Talk about what Dallas? The fact you left me? The fact you kissed me and then brought another girl home?! Tell me Dallas, what do you want to talk about?" I shouted at him. He stared at me for a few seconds.
"Y/N.. I-I'm sorry." He pleaded. I rolled my eyes and walked outside. It was pretty chilly but I wasn't going back inside. I sat outside alone for a few minutes until I heard the door open.
"Ponyboy?" I looked behind me to find Dally with glazed eyes.
"Y/N, I'm so so sorry. I'm not good at this relationship thing." He walked over to me and sat down. I was in shock, Dallas Winston crying, what next Johnny robbing a bank?
"Dall, I know your not good at relationships. But you can't cheat and lie to me." I grabbed his hand and gently rubbed circles.
"I know, please. Give me another chance. I love you so much." He stood up and pulled out a necklace. "I got you this, kinda as a sorry gift." The necklace was cold against my warm chest. It had two dark purple stones one had D carved on it and (first letter of your name) on the other. I admired it for a few seconds.
"Oh Dall, it's beautiful." I blushed, he gently kissed me on the neck then on the lips.
"I stole it." He whispered, I gasped and pulled away from his embrace. He chuckled and put his hands on my waist. " I'm kidding babe"
"Not funny." I said quite annoyed, he kissed me then smiled.
"Ya know, your really cute when your annoyed." He winked, I pulled out a cancer stick and lit it. "Oh! You smoke now too?" He laughed as I choked on the smoke.
"No, but if I'm gonna be with you the rest of my life I guess I better start." I teased and took another puff. He smirked and took it out of my hand.
"Here, I'll show you." He rested the cigarette in between his lips and got the lighter out again. "Don't inhale so much at one time." He instructed me. A ring of smoke escaped his lips.
"Wow! How'd you do that babe?" I asked, amazed at what I had just seen.
"Practice." He smirked, then handed the cigarette back to me. I repeated what I saw him do. A couple tries later I got the ring down.
"I can do it!" I cheered before inhaling some more smoke and blowing a ring. Dall laughed at me for being so excited but I knew he loved the way I smiled every time I created a ring of smoke.
