We were fine. I told myself that when I realized what Walter had said. His words couldn't be true, Steve had said that he was a pilot. Pilots don't do what Walter had said he had done. They don't, they get to their destinations safe and sound.
"We're lost," he said, to himself, but I heard. Melody was sleeping, and Minho wasn't paying attention. Maybe I imagined it. I knew I hadn't though. This couldn't be happening, things had just started to get alright, things had started to look up and now we had issues with the stupid plane. I tried to relax, but then the alarms started off.
"What's wrong?" I asked.
"I don't know!" Walter shouted. I looked outside, everything was all foggy. You could barely see anything.
"Where are we?" Minho shouted.
"Somewhere in Wyoming," Water replied.
"WYOMING!" Minho shouted. The shouting had woken Melody up.
"What's wrong?" she asked. We ignored her.
"There's ice in the engines," Walter whispered. He bent down, looking down at something. I don't think that any pilot was supposed to do that. Especially without at co-pilot. Suddenly, the fog in front of us got a lot darker.
"Walter," I warned.
I didn't realize what was going on until I heard it. The loud engines fell silent, like someone had turned off the power button. That wasn't the worst part though, the engines didn't even matter anymore. They didn't matter anymore, because I realized why the fog got darker. We were heading straight for a mountain, a large, black one.
"KYLE!" Melody screamed. Then we crashed into the mountain, everything then went black.
