Frisk slowly opened up their eyes again and sat up. I blinked a few time... not believing my eyes. Their stood Asriel, his back turned away from us. I made myself visible, looked down at my hands and still found it odd how I couldn't see through myself.

Asriel shook his floppy fuzzy ears and clenched his hands into fists. He whispered, "Finally. I was so tired of being a flower." He shakes his head quickly back and forth.

He slowly turned around. His head is down looking at the ground, as if he just got punished and he was ashamed of himself. He knew he would see me for the first time in one hundred years. I watched as he took an unsteady breath in and slowly let it out as he raised his head.

Asriel stared deep into my eyes and I stared right back. Both of us couldn't tear our eyes away. I could feel Frisk's eyes bounce back and forth between us and I could sense their smile growing large. Asriel didn't smile and neither did I. Soon enough I could sense Frisk's worry starting to increase.

Asriel monotonously spoke, "Howdy, Chara. Long time..." he looked me up and down, "no see."

I was certain I looked as though I needed to vomit. "Asriel... I-I'm so sor-" I was cut off as he raise his hand.

"I don't need you apologies... just please stop." Asriel sounded hurt as he turned away. "This... everything that's happened over this past century. It's a-all my f-fault!" He collapsed on the ground the began to weep on the ground. I blinked a few times before realizing that we have been beating ourselves up for the past century over the exact same thing.

I start to move close to him when he suddenly begins to morph into his older form, the body he used to carry me to the surface all those years ago. He pushed me away from him, as if I was a bad memory. He heaved himself from the ground and started to float off the ground.

Frisk stood their ground and I stubbled behind them hurt. He pulled out his Chaos Sabers and starts swinging them at Frisk. Frisk barely had anytime to dodge. He possessed 6 human souls and every monster soul in the Underground, so it averaged out to the power of 7 human souls. He was stronger than anyone. The fight was going by so fast, or so it seemed.

Finally Frisk got hit twice in a row and blood streamed out of the side of their gashed stomach. They collapsed onto the ground and their soul began to shatter. They were dying... just as their soul broke in half, I swung out my hands and used my magic for good. It took a long of concentration but I squeezed my eyes shut and I imagined their health being maxed out and their soul being stocked back together. I opened up my eyes, I was shocked as their soul refused to die. Their gigantic bloody hash disappeared and Frisk looked stronger than ever. I looked down again at my shaking hands, I am DETERMINED to help my brother and Frisk. They will be saved!

Asriel laughed all pompous like and bellowed, "All your progress... everyone's memories. I'll bring them all back to zero! Then we can do everything ALL over again. And you know what the best part of all this is? You'll DO it." Asriel pulled out his Chaos Buster and began to shoot at Frisk, aiming to kill.

I think about his words carefully as Frisk dodges bullets like a pro. I kind of do what to completely restart my life. Maybe I could fixed everything bad I have ever done. Maybe Asriel and I could live, just a bit longer. Wait... no. No this isn't right. I quickly dodge and incoming bullet as I realize that he's using my weakness in attempt to get me to turn against my friend, Frisk.

I call out to Asriel, "No Asriel. Stop this! I will not allow you to reset the timeline! If we reset everything, we'll be fucked for sure! This is how thing we're supposed to be!" I slashed a Chaos Saber at me and growls.

He turns to Frisk and impales them while they were distracted. Frisk's body hung all floppy from his long sword and he laughed as their soul began to shatter once more. I flung my arms out again and concentrate on their soul and health. Once again the soul refused to give up and they slide off the blade like nothing ever happened. They did a super hero landing and whipped their head up to look Asriel in the eyes. Determination flashed in their eyes, both of us weren't about to give up on Asriel.
